i have to say fantasmic and the fireworks show (wishes?) are my fav things at disney.... i also like hunting down characters >_> .. <_<..>_>.. lol
Just found this thread! My name is Kim and I'm a student a University of Central Florida. Yeah, I live about 20-30 minutes from Disney, but I won't be doing the CP. I am a Elementary Education major and currently doing my 1st internship in a second grade class. Disney & Universal definitely influenced my move to OrlandoI listen all types of music. My favorites are rock, country, and "poppy" kind of stuff. Some of my favs are NSYNC(always and forever
), Ryan Cabrera, MCR, Papa Roach, All American Rejects,Taylor Swift, TIm McGraw, The Last Goodnight, and many more. Oh, and like many mature college students, I absolutely love Hannah Montana. lol
Oh, cool tidbit about the Nemo musical... My friend's sister and brother-in-law wrote the music!(Which means her brother-in-law wrote Avenue Q as well!)
hmmm, what do I love about WDW? Where to begin?
I just love the atmosphere there. It makes me feel like a kid again, basically.
My favorite things about Disney are prolly the shows. I LOVED Hunchback, and so wish they hadn't closed it. Right now, my favorite is Nemo, with the Cali Adventure's Aladdin in second place.
Also, the night time shows are amazing as well. Fantasmic is my all time fave, but I loveee the music for Illuminations (it's actually my cell ringtone right now!), Wishes, and Spectromagic.

Oh man, there's no way I could pick just ONE favorite thing about Disney. I love it all! But, I must say that one of the best feelings is walking into Magic Kingdom and seeing Cinderella's Castle.![]()
Great, now I really really wanna go to WDW right now.![]()
yea!! and hearing the music thats played down those streets and all.. it just makes you so happy for some reason haha
I love being one of the only people walking around poncho-less and just enjoying the rain (heck, I even sit on the wet benches!).
another favorite thing I have to add: the song 'walking right down the middle of main street usa'. i dont even know if thats the actual title, but I have a sing-along tape when i was little that had this song on it and i lived for it. even now when i go and see them singing this or hear it played in the parks, i have to smile!

Does anyone have the Sam Wright Disney World sing-along tapes? I don't think they were actually Sing-Along brand tapes, but it was Am Wright (the voice of Sebastian the Crab) singing reggae songs with a bunch of kids around Disney World. I also had to keep those... those are some FUN songs!

I remember those tapes!! I used to love them. I believe I still have them somewhere, probably in the basement where all my kid stuff is, haha
I can't wait to go back to Disney... I'm going on the Cruise this summer, and we are staying in WDW for a few days afterwards!
Oh, and you know your a real Disney dork when you are planning to do a research paper on the Walt Disney Cartoons of the World War 2 era, and how they were propagandic. haha![]()
I used to love the sing along tapes. I had so many of them. They were a lot of fun.I LOVED that tape! The "Disneyland Fun" Sing-Along tape right? My brother and I used to watch it all the time, and when we gave my little cousin all of our Sing-Along tapes I had to keep that one for the memoriesWhen I was little I used to get so scared at the "Grim Grinning Ghosts" part and wonder how anyone could possibly be brave enough to go through the Haunted Mansion

Been there, done that!I did a project on the Disney WWII cartoons for a history class in high school. I even convinced my teacher to let us spend a class watching the propaganda cartoons, since I got the DVD from the library!
Don't you love when you can incorporate Disney at school??
