thursday is finally here!!! So, what's up for the weekend? See my last post for this week.

If the weather cooperates we will sit at the beach tomorrow and relax a little.

Oh, and picking up some CD's from the library in the morning; I'm up to almost 4,000 songs on my iPod!

BUSY weekend for me.

Last night, DIL's bachlorette banana:. Tonight, wedding rehersal and dinner. Tomorrow is the wedding. Need to set up the reception hall in the morning.

On Sunday, DH and I will be riding our in the God Bless America ride. It benefits the veterans at our nearby VA medical center.

Last night, DIL's bachlorette banana:. Tonight, wedding rehersal and dinner. Tomorrow is the wedding. Need to set up the reception hall in the morning.

On Sunday, DH and I will be riding our in the God Bless America ride. It benefits the veterans at our nearby VA medical center.

I am hoping beyond hope that this will be a "do nothing" weekend. I haven't had one of those in so long, I need the rest! So far so good, don't have anything planned...

Not much. Today is the kids last day of school, so out to dinner to "celebrate" tonight.

Sunday we have the Donald Driver Charity Softball game...that should be fun.

I'm taking my little guy strawberry picking on Saturday morning.

And then we'll make some chocolate covered strawberries together for dessert for a dinner party I'm having Saturday evening.

My dh will hang out with ds, and I'm having over 5 of my old elem, jr high and high school friends for dinner. We've all reconnected on Facebook and we can't wait to get together! I used my winning a Calphalon/Williams Sonoma House Party at the excuse to have the party, they're all looking forward to all the great freebies as well!

I'm going to Broadway on Sunday!

What are you going to see??? I'm a huge theater fan, and would love to go to Broadway sometime.

We are headed to Indiana tonight to attend our nephew's graduation tomorrow. He's a really smart kid, and headed to Yale next year!!

Actually, I'm planning on starting a container herb garden on my deck. I've always wanted one, but I'm absolutely horrible with plants. I'll probably kill them all within a week, but I'm gonna at least try! Wish me luck.

Not a rest weekend by any means. As most of you know, I work two jobs so on TOP of working Saturday night from 5-10 and Sunday 11-4, we have a graduation party tonight, graduation ceremony tomorrow and DD goes to her GS troop leader's house for an overnight and end of year party. In between I have grocery shopping and such.

NEXT weekend I hope to get more rest as I'm off next Saturday, DD will be going to another sleepover that afternoon and DH will be out of town, so MAYBE I can do something fun. Sad, but I might just clean the house, but it would be my myself on my own terms with my own music, etc. Sad that when you get older and work so much, that cleaning the house might actually be considered fun!

Sunday we are going car shopping. I get a new company car every 4-5 years and I was told yesterday to get something lined up.

The in-laws are coming to town. Seriously, I like them. My father-in-law is going to help my husband do the electrical stuff so we can finish off the rest of the basement. While they slave away, my mother-in-law and I will be hitting local craft stores.
