Nope, sorry. Albany and points north. Driving from Chicago to Albany on Friday (it'll be a long day), then to the camp (1.5 hours NW) on Saturday to drop off DS, back to hotel Saturday night, then drop off DD on Sunday, back to Chicago Sunday afternoon/Monday.

DH's at National Guard annual training for 2 weeks, so it's just the kids and me.

WOW, that is a lot of driving! Have fun and be safe!

I went to my gym class early, have a test in an hour (am not ready, don't care...), and then one more class and my weekend will start!!! Too bad I have to write an impossible paper. BUT, tomorrow it will be all about the kids and mom. The pool, maybe Toy Story 3...the world will be our oyster.

Today is DH's BIRTHDAY!! So we are going out to eat at a new place. I've heard good reviews, so I can't wait! We'll pick up a Cold Stone ice cream cake on the way home. Yum!

Tomorrow after work, we fly out to Baltimore, for our nephew's wedding reception. No, we are not the types that skip the wedding and just show up for the food at the receptions (people like that drive me crazy!).

Nephew actually got married 2 years ago in a very small ceremony. He is in the Navy, and is in the submarine unit and was deployed right after the wedding. Those guys are gone for up to a year at a time, so they deliberately planned a reception for now. The reception is at the World Trade Center in the Inner Harbor on Saturday night, and then we will spend Sunday and Monday in Baltimore, before heading home late Monday night.
