tf green - how early can i arrive?

My son and I are flying down soon. Deltas counters do not open until 5am, our flight is at 7am. Will there be a line already when they open at 5? Or do I arrive at TF Green at 5? I was planning on getting there by 430 but if counter doesnt open till 5 is this necessary?

the counter may not be open but the airport is. people will get there and stand in line for a half hour or longer that early in the am. its up to you whether or not to get there before the counter opens.

Thank you Beverly Lynn. My son and I will grab something off the continental breakfast (which begins at 430) then get over to the airport.

My friend just flew out of Green. They got to the airport around 4:30, they were the 10th in line. The counter opened at about 5:15 and at that time, she said the line behind them was very long. Get there early. She did tell me that everything went very smooth getting through the airport. However when she arrived in Seattle, that was a different story. Have a great trip. I have never flown out of Green (always used Logan), but I am thinking of using Green from now on. Hopefully this spring when we reschedule our Disney trip (I should have been having dinner w/Mickey tonight).
