The people I spoke with on the phone were very kind. My problem was a known issue when I first called so nothing besides apologies. They did eventually help me on follow-up calls once a resolution was released.Chat was useless as usual but at least they have a phone number is can try! As long as it gets sorted by april 2nd im cool if not oh boy my welcome home stay was booked for that week in hopes that I get tixs!
