Texas Flag Mickey Head

I caught a TX flag Mickey head in a picture of some shirts that had been posted awhile back. Can anyone either point me in the right direction or do that for me? I would like the Mickey head itself, but I would also like to have some room window decals done with our names. Any help would be much appreciated. TIA yall
