Anyone have any experience with the Texas de Brazil restaurant in Orlando? I  Brazilian Churrascarias and have heard that this one is pretty good (my standard is set pretty high since they only thing I have to compare it to are restaurants in Brazil!) I was thinking of putting the kids in one of the kids clubs and taking DH for a nice dinner and a couple of Caipirinhas on our upcoming trip with a voucher we received from them for our anniversary. Or we may take the kids along although we know that they would not really appreciate the food (we would probably have to stop at a McD's on the way back :sad2:)

Any reviews would be appreciated :)

IMO, it's just OK. It is expensive for what it is and the day we were there it was busy so the service level wasn't that good. I'd go again but it's not in my top 10.

I ate here in January and loved it, but I would not pay full price. We had coupons for 50% off the regular dinner price and I thought that was an excellent value. We took our kids, but I would have enjoyed it much more without them - they grew bored quickly.

BTW, we are in Steeler country too!

Thanks for all the feedback!

Where did you get the 50% off coupons? That would work better if we decided to take my mom. Did the 50% come off the kids' meals as well?

:cool1: Gotta Luv that Black & Gold :cool1:

Go to the website and sign up for their e-mail list. I got the coupons that way.
Kids under 6 eat for free at Texas de Brazil and mine were 5 and 2at the time. I'm not sure, but I think the coupon said it was good for 50% off 6 adult dinners. I really loved their salad bar - I am a cheese fanatic and they had all kinds of interesting cheeses to try.
