You're going to need to save the photo at a slightly lower resolution (the clip art in your photo needs to be 35K or less, and it's over 40K now). And you'll need to size it to no more than 400 pixels in either direction.
If you can take care of saving it at a lower resolution/smaller file size, we can help with the screen sizing!
