Oh totally.
This woman today freak out because she rented a cakepan and then ten minutes later she tried to return it because her daughter bought it somewhere else.
Anyways when you rent a pan, you pay a 20 dollar deposit and like 1.50 (it's 1.50 a day, so the day you rent it is the first day).
So she freaked out because we could only give her her deposit back. We couldn't give her the 2 bucks because technically she rented it for that day, and it's against our policy to give that money back.
So she was all 'well I know I'm never coming here again' and then my supervisor says 'I can't help that it's our policy' and then she goes 'Well your policy is MEAN'

It was so stupid.
Like come on? 2 dollars -.-
