Test Track not on my map??

I just got my WDW park maps and Test Track is not listed. The building is on the map, but that's it.

I guess it makes sense since there won't be an attraction there until at least the end of November.

A couple of weeks ago in Epcot I randomly heard someone passing by us say, "I wonder why it says renewal." I hope they weren't expecting it to be open.

I'm guessing they don't want to mislead people into thinking that Test Track is an available ride at the moment.

I'm sure they'll add it back on to the map once the refurb is complete!

When a ride is closed for refurbishment, they print off new maps so that people do not expect to ride the closed rides.

At least if it is down for a significant length of time...otherwise they don't bother.

I just hope that they have it open by the first of the year. Hopefully we will get updates in the next few months on how the work is progressing.

I have read that others don't have faith it will open on time. I personally, think it will open on time, if not sooner. I think the problem is going to be whether there are going to be frequent break downs which will make it harder to get on this ride this year.
