Test Track in rain

I know TT shuts down in the rain, but is it any rain or just heavier rain? Thinking of doing it for early entry tomorrow, and it says showers possible in the morning. We will be entering from international gateway. We have an LL for GoG so heading that way wouldn’t be necessary if we get there and TT is closed.

It’s a low chance of rain so doubt it’s much, and it may even not be raining. Just don’t want to rush over there for nothing.

I also know that there is no certainty in anything. Just looking for anyones past experiences in a lighter rain (if it’s heavy I won’t even head over until later).

TT runs even in the rain. It is lightning that impacts its operation. There is not a major rain day tomorrow morning but in the 30-37% range by 8 AM.

There is also comfort to consider. Getting pelted in the face at 60mph is not a pleasant experience, so if it’s raining I’d consider passing. If it was just threatening I’d go for it though.
