yes mic, it seems like we are always having to replace items in the house.

dishwasher, hot water heater, furnace, electric garage door opener, fridge, stove, microwave, lawnmower..........


have the same old carpet now for 10 years and i think its time to redo it.
with 5 people tromping around the house, it doesn't look fresh anymore...

it's one of those should we replace it now type of things.

always swore my 2 youngest were color blind, based on some of the get-u-s they wear ; asked them both what color the pic was...green.

funny, my dh said he could be bought...can drop the cake as he carries it in to shower for me tomorrow-talk about falling on your own sword...who knows maybe one of my dogs will decide to eat it tonight...here boy!

shall search online for filter, you girls have the best-est ideas.

speaking of baking, anyone ever try making that monkey-bread concoction using frozen bread dough, vanilla pudding, brown sugar etc...got a mailing w/rec. today, looks good, sortof like a giant cin. bun.

I make monkey bread using Pillsbury biscuits instead of from scratch...very good too.......KS, your recipe sounds yummy

I actually saw that recipe...it looked good but with them going to sunday school i figured that actual rolls would be good.

They turned out but...i don't think they look to pretty dave said they looked fine but oh well...i guess not to bad for the first time i ever made them...i wonder how they taste?! I guess tren't ss class will figure that one out!

anyway, we are going to watch a movie..we rented elf...getting into that christmas spirit i guess.

Morning all....trying to get motivated....defrosting the deep freeze in the basement....blech...laundry and who know's what else....

Today is the big Veteran's Day parade in our town, we are the only state sponsered event of this type, but I'm not going, I'm staying home to get some more stuff done. I've gone to them for the last 34 years, missed a few due to working etc., but it has shrunk so in size it just doesn't turn me on anymore. In-laws live on main street so we have great seats but I'm just not in the mood for it, although it is nice to catch up with family, they all pour in for those great seats and eats.......

The kids and I just got home for sunday school and church...our pastor is very windy!

I is really nice here today..it is 65 degrees out already so I made all the kids go outside...i think they are getting lost in all the leaves that fell this last week...i think later I will go out and get a few pictures of them jumping in them.

Not sure what i am all going to do today...aubrey's room still needs a good cleaning...you know the kind..throw this toy out and hide this toy and give this toy away...christmas is coming...have to start making room for the new stuff!

Oh, gregg said that they were great! He said that the kids were fighting to lick the frosting off of the foil! So I guess they turned out better than I expected!

that's okay...everyone prays at their own pace! At communion today there was a lady there...she was the first one to kneel and she was the last to go back to her seat.... She must have been like you and not got enough sleep last night!

it's just sh and me.

he wants a tuna sandwich and vegetable soup.
so, that's what it will be tonight.


it will be quick and this way i wil be able to leave by 5:30 for evening church.

no long prayers in evening service.
i'll stay awake......
