Holy cow!!! What in the heck have I been missing? Now I have to go back and really catch up. Still busy here. Last day of school for the kiddies. Last game of the season tomorrow then the party on Saturday. Went fishing last week and caught some strippers...er...stripers. I'll post pics soon.

In the spirit of making mac laugh to forget her pain (mine too with my dang tooth)...........

A foreman for a job wanted to throw a party for his crew. he told his crew chief to get the food and drink, and his chinese assistant, to get the supplies. the next day, when the party is scheduled, the foreman and the crew chief arrive at the site, but the assistant is nowhere to be found. they look around, and as they turn their backs, the assistant jumps out of nowhere, scares the heck out of em, and yells, SUPPLIES!!!

Oh mic, and to answer your question earlier.....mal is/was helping me today....
she comes aroun 8:15 and I am out the door by 8:20 running kids around the country side...today it was stormy though so they just had safety day and we got done early so I can't complain about that

Trent called me 2 times today! I think he is getting homesick....all he had to do is say the word and I would have been down there after the kids leave to pick him up....we are going down to pick him up tomorrow night even though the camp isn't over till sunday....he has ballgames sat. and sun and doesn't want to miss them so we compromised. It sounded like he was having fun and even though he doesn't want to admit it i think he is really starting to miss noah....he kept saying oh and tell noah this oh and tell noah that...it was kinda cute.
Aubrey had a melt down on the way home from swim lessions today saying that she missed her brother and she wanted to go and get him....it was really cute!


Has anyone ever been hypmotised(sp)? My friend is trying to talk me into it tonight....so we shall see....i may be clucking like a chicken later!!!

Is anyone else having a problem with AIM?? I can't seem to log on to mine.

Kids are starting to leave so better go and get them ready....

pam - don't lay any eggs . Is your baby away @ camp? My youngest DS slept over his friends house last night after Kennywood. Was walking funny, said his back was stiff (they slept out on a trampoline). This is the kid who moans because he has to sleep on a sofa bed on vacation.

Pam ~ I've never been hypnotized, but I've been seriously considering it. My doctor suggested it to help me quit smoking, and I was hoping maybe it could help me lose weight. I do however have this major fear that the person who hypnotizes me will ask me personal questions while I'm "under", or cause me to bark like a dog every time someone knocks on the door .

Sad day for me today. One of my favorite (shh don't tell, not supposed to have those), little girls is moving to the next room. It's doubly sad for me, as her caregiver (the little girl is special needs), who is one of my favorite people to work with, will be moving with her. Cried a little when they both left for the day.

Yes, all kids are always ready to head off to camp or wherever, but they DO get homesick no matter what or how much their siblings annoy them, just human nature. Is Aubrey swimming like a fish yet? Ahh, she misses big brother too, that's cute

My tooth is thumping like a toothache I was able to page the dentist. They are calling me in the morning to see about going in. He could have called in a prescription, but said if I wanted to 4x my dose of Motrin, that was the same as prescription strength. I can still page him before the drugstore closes if need be. I just took 4 more Motrin and I'm not sure if it was trying to eat supper or what, but it started aching like a beaaach...I know what is coming, a root canal or have it pulled. Normally, it would be no question, but with no insurance I keep thinking of the cost of saving it...I don't know what I'll do til in the morning I guess when I see about getting into his office.......blech.........I'm just miserable. I've been trying to keep busy to keep my mind off it. I can stand the tooth hurting, its the headache that is driving me nuts and my jaw is getting sore..........woe is me.......but on an up note...I know I'll live I'm off to lay down for a bit to see if it will calm down any.

Oh, I have another good Chinese line also, but it is not Dis appropriate...might email it to a couple of you though, cause it is funny...

mac - my Rx for Motrin is 800 mg, I can take it up to 3 X day. Have been taking for years for my neck. One of those monsters still knocks me out. Maybe you'll wake up & it won't hurt anymore.

miz - in my swingin single days, the gay guys were the fun bunch to hang with when clubbing...great dancers & conversationists, dressed better than me too. I'm sure I'm stereotyping, not meaning to offend or invite flames.

I doped up at 7 with Motrin, felt pretty good, took a little nap, but now it is starting to hurt again. But I do have THE nicest dentist..he just called to check on me! I was so surprised to hear from him, and he asked me to be at his office at 8:30 to see what is going on with my tooth. I HATE about work, I don't like not showing up when expected, but I need to get this thing checked out, I can't end up in pain all weekend.

Mac, I'll be taking another dose of medicine and be following you to neverland.......
