i am working today, boy that is a foreign word to me ............last day i worked was in the 3rd week of march...................






isn't it weird how easy it was for me to adapt and enjoy being away from work..... i was never meant to work

Morning everyone!

Feel much much much better today! still have a scratchy throat but overall better...i don't feel like i have to lay down every 5 minutes!

NOW i have to get my house back in order.....makes you realize how much stuff you actually do during the day when you don't do it for a few days....my house is a mess! Can't leave with my house messy.....and i just know i will come back to a messy house and have to start ALL over again!

I broke out the open toed shoes today...it's gonna warm up nice....still calling for mild temps on the weekend, but a large chance of rain....but we will make do and enjoy....ok, gas is just about at $3.00 around here...

Mac's back from her road trip...filling up that gas tank had to be a royal pain.

BTW, we'd like to forget about the unfortunate sausage/pierogi incident, it's been expunged from our record.

I'm feeling giddy...pipe burst in our bathroom last night (3rd time since we've been in this charming cape cod!!!!). DH was cleaning out the drain pipe & I think he zigged when he should of zagged. First estimate between 5 & 6 K to replace all pipes . Told DH to get his buns to Loews & try to fix it himself (was a plumber in the Navy). Let's see....do we get braces on DS's teeth or have running water in sink? Life is full of decisions. At least the new ceiling hasn't fallen down - yet.
