Cameron I think is a little older. Sammie was born before Ryan, but they will be in the same class. All three of my babies have the late birthdays.

2001 Connor was Born this year.

Stand corrected, I am speechless & sad.

Middle DS, the budding cop, had a half day @ school today. Spent the afternoon w/college buddies home from school @ the mall. They went to Dicks (sporting goods store). One kid was swinging a baseball bat, not knowing that my baby was behind him. Guess who got hit in the head? ER phone call, concussion w/cauliflower ear & hearing loss (hopefully temporary)...sigh.

He is the one I worry about, always in the wrong place @ the wrong time. Has been struck by lightening when holding a chain link fence during a baseball game, struck by hit & run driver while riding a bike, passenger in a car which rolled over & been temporarily paralyzed by a helmet hit while playing h.s. football.

Not sure if he has a black cloud hanging over his head or his guardian angel is working OT but, I wish I could lock him in his bedroom & keep him safe.

He's all doped up & sleeping, don't think I'll be doing much of it tonight though.

oh keishashadow, this is not good at all.

you should sit by his bed to be there when he wakes up. i'm serious.
i had two kids that had concussions and thats what i did.


i'm sorry to hear all the bad stuff he went thru.

as a mom i know, whatever our kids go thru, we go thru it too and its worse for us.

and for the friend that hit him, make him a bat out of aluminum foil so next time he starts swinging, nothing bad will happen

Oh my KS....so sorry and ouch for your son...hope he recoups quickly and feels better....boy is he gonna have a big head tomorrow....tell him its more fun to get a big head from having a couple drinks than letting your friend hit you with a baseball bat....... Lots of TLC from you will help him along....

Today is grandson's 2nd birthday........I called and talked with him...ahhh...when I said "Happy Birthday"...he said "Happy Birthday" back to me....silly boy.......party is Sunday, so hopefully they will send me some photos...

2001.......year baby son graduated high school, so we have more milestones coming up...
