Got our tax refund today to bad its just passing through, lol.
David is flying to Dallas for weekend to see his brother (his brother John sent him a free ticket with his FF miles).

Hey Deena..........Queen Refund.......... yeah, refunds are like our paychecks, they drop by for a few minutes then leave............

I DVR Survivor, but was switching back and forth with Dancing W/Stars and saw him implode............wow, he is a nutcase...can't wait to watch the whole thing, might do that tonight.......don't tell me yet who got the boot....I want to be surprised.....

Speaking of DVR's I got a free one from Directv thanks to a thread on the budget board. While he is here hooking it up Im going to have him hook up my other TIVO that I never could get right.

Im mad at my dang suburban. I have a fouth of a tank of gas and it wont start. It acts like I dont have any. It been doing that lately but the needle is usually closer to E. Today its right under the 4th mark. So now Im stuck at home. Which means I dont get to take my daily trip to the bank to see if this is the lucky day the check from Travis' mom will actually clear

Well, that is yucky that you can't go out Deena...cool on having 2 TIVO's...twice as much recording time!!

Can you call the bank to see if the check cleared? I know you would rather go out, but at least you can see if you got paid..........

Oh no!!

How very frustrating that you cant go out at all. But even more frustrating about the check. I'm with Mic, can you at least call the bank and see if it will go through? When i worked at the Apt Complex, I always called the banks of the people who had tendencies to write bad ones.

well, i just got news that pam doesn't have to pay in again this year!!!! you know, i stress and stress every year about having to pay in....i am sure that one day my time will come, but hopefull not!

deena that stinks that you can't leave....is your bank far...maybe you can go for a walk to your bank....a nice walk on a nice day!? It wouldn't happen here...it is 5 degrees here!

Yeah I have been checking to see if the check would clear. I have stopped by a total of 3 times and everytime they say it wont be paid. Makes me so freakin mad. If I wanted to support 5 kids I would have another one OF MY OWN. I hate it when ppl cant take care of their responsibilities (esp when its a resp that gets on my nerves pretty much daily!).
May 27 is the day I look forward to. When I say goodbye and good riddance to that whole situation.
Pam is cloudy and chilly here. A cold front in on the way.

It is 3:15 yippee..........one of the gals here resigned today to stay home with her little boy......wish I had the smarts for her job........BUT....I'm still to green here........

Pam doesn't owe Uncle Sam that is a relief I'm sure...good for you...........is it enough to float me a loan????

Deena, your tenure as a fill-in mom will soon be over, just look at it that way......

I'm home, and it has really chilled here too.........I was downright cold piling the goodies in the van from the store...but my helpers were here to carry it all in........

Watching Dancing with the Stars.........why oh why do they have to drag the elimination show out for an hour and have that dorky singing? just get it done....right Pam??? Tom didn't look too bad sliding around the floor, it was supposed to be comedic, so I think if he wasn't doing that, he would be a pretty fair dancer.....

Ok, back quickly........how in the h-e-l-l-o did Jerry make the finals? I know the viewer votes count, but their judges votes were so low....how dumb is that the 2 of the best couples are left and one will now go? Boy, I get roped into these shows and then get so ticked watching them......... Pam will be happy, Drew made it..............but really for either Lisa or Stacey to have to go, that is just idiotic......

Okay, I am mad.....i did not get to watch dancin with the stars! Trent reminded me he had bball practice so we did our running around then...so i missed the whole thing! All I needed to know is that drew is still there....it's all good!!!!

Having problems with my stupid computer....tried to call my cable company today and was on hold for 15 flippin' minutes then a parent showed up so i had to hang up...called back and waited 20 minutes and said screw it....i'll go down there or send dave down there!

Have a full day tomorrow so i will check in when i have a few minutes!

Pam, you didn't miss much "dancing" tonight, the usual Friday night fluff to fill an hour, but yes, Drew is safe.......

I'm up at this hour..........was asleep and the phone rang...."do you know there is a house on fire on your street?" NO....I get up and look and there are firetrucks etc. up here and it's like 2 houses away So, not sure how bad, but lots of commotion going on....... The guy that lives there is old and rather a bizarre person and I think his wife is there too but bedridden maybe..........guess we'll find out in the morning just what happened...I saw the man walking around, so I know he is ok, but not sure about any other family in there....weird they may be, but hope everyone is ok.......
