YIKES mac, your gas is high, I saw $2.79 for regular today so who knows where it will end up...I swear, it makes you not want to get in the car, but what are you to do? You read where they say take public transportation...guess that's ok if you HAVE it...we sure don't...we have no choice but to get in the car to do stuff......nothing is within walking distance...it sure makes everyday life not so rosey...........but then I think of those that the hurricane hits and I'm thankful for what I have...

i feel ok with the gas prices, we knew it was going to rise.
i did read to expect gas to be $5/gal somewhere down the road.

now that, freaks me out.

i can see it now to drive to get todd what it would cost me roundtrip
maybe i should buy that boy a bike, it would only take him 20 hours to get home then

There is a shortage here on gas. Gas stations are running out and the prices are sky rocketing some of our area is up to $5. All of Ga cities that we are driving through tomorrow are all saying gas shortage.

I am sure I will be fine. '

Is this the weekend you leave with Lee momma? What day are you leaving? Yikes, all this gas talk is depressing............. and I can only imagine what it will be like this winter heating our house..........I already told the guys to bundle up, cause the thermostat will be kept low with oil so high.

i gave another injection of pain med to the cat and now she has the munchies.

i thought the meds should make her go to sleep.

well since everyone seems to be doing other things i think i am going to call it a night...i have another loooonnggg morning ahead of me...have to get 8 kids in the car to take 2 of them to pre-school....hey do you think preschool will keep all of them???????? I would walk because it is only 3 blocks from my house but it would take me 20 minutes to go 3 blocks with all those pokey kids!!! I don't think we will go to the park tomorrow though...we will skip a day. maybe we will only go on tuesdays so they don't get bored with it.

Well, I think we are just going to do for it. Last night, the news was showing gas as high as $6!!!! Mac, thanks for the info about Northern Fl, I guess we will be driving with no AC and hopefully hit up a station that isnt taking advantage of the shortage.

Watching the news is so depressing, I started to cry when they showed an ill little guy who was airlifted out of a hospital before the hurricane hit, but they could not take his parents............he looked about 18 months old and so cute...just makes you so sad.......
