Well, she did my yearly visit and I am happy to report that I can function as a homedaycare for yet another year!

Think I am going to hang out on the couch for awhile tonight with a big ole bag O' ice after i take and pick trent up to his basketball practice...i tell ya...a woman's work is never done!

last night the dis went down for maintenance........thought the kinks would be worked out today.

that's a sign of a bad sprain and lots of swelling pam.

you mean you never iced it when you got home last night......

get a bag of frozen peas or corn out of the freezer, wrap it with a paper towel and use that as it is spread out more evenly.

Yeah, the Dis has been acting difficult the past couple days....exasperating is a good term.......

I've been listening to aol radio....Deena and I like the head-banging stuff....I'm listening to Godsmack....do you like them Deena? They are playing one of their older songs..."Keep Away"....had forgotten that one....I used to be put to sleep every night by this music, my oldest always had the DVD's playing all night...he still has to have the stuff playing to go to sleep. In fact, when he was little and wouldn't go to sleep, I used to leave a little Fisher Price tape player with kids songs playing for him... Good music to groove to on your birthday, have a drink with an umbrella in it and bang your head a little sister.............

I love Godsmack. We saw them with Limp Bizkit a few years back and they were very good.
Speaking of headbanging (but mostly odd and disturbed) apparently I share a birthday with Marilyn Manson (insert scared smilie here)

Yes! I iced it right after it happened, i iced it when i got home and i am icing it now, but i have to leave to take trent to basketball practice so I will have to ice it when i get home. I was on it alot today because i found if i got off it it hurt worse...so i was on it alot...now it is swollen and i am paying for it!
