Morning everyone!!

I'll be here most of the day. I need to get some writing done, but my kids are home all day. I have a harder time writing when they are here.

We decided to go to TGI Firdays for Thanksgiving night. It works out great, I can eat a small salad, the kids and Lee love this restuarant, and I dont have to cook, clean, set and clear the table. I think this may be a new tradition in our household.

ocm, have you been released from the doc so you can go back to the gym now?

you haven 't mentioned the gym in a few months.

I went Monday and got the stitches out. And that is when I can go back to the gym. HOWEVER, lst night, I found three stitches that never were removed. So I need to call the doctor today. I should be fine to go back Dec 1. Can you imagine not being able to workout for 4 months. I am going insane. This is when I really miss Todd. He would have been able to design workouts for me.

Anyway, thanks for asking. I'm really trying to lose these last 6lbs and it would be moving faster if I was abe to work out.

I know..YAY for me. Nico just asked me if we were going to hve turkey. I said, maybe Fridays will hve a dish you can order becuase Im not cooking a turkey for one person.
