Hello and Good Morning everyone was having fun with the Laptop last night found out I wasnt using my wireless connection but my neighbors oops, so I went and configured mine so it was picking up my signal, I wasnt broadcasting mine which is why I picked up my neighbors signal and not mine.

So I'll probably be on more at night time now that I can sit in my living room and chat.

first let me say....that looks sooo relaxing...can i go there instead of volleyball??

that is funny that you were using your neighbors signal! hey got an idea...cancel yours and just use your neighbors all the time!!! well atleast until they get mad...look how much moola you could save! No, i'm kidding.....hmmmm....wander if any of my neighbors have wireless???

When we were house hunting down here, we would drive through neighborhoods slowly and lee kept his laptop out. He would hack into someones wireless while sitting in the street to look the neighborhood up and other house to go see.

LOL! I guarentee you our wireless connection is protected after that!

okay, i am on the ball!!!! a little daycare girl and i just got done drawing names so everyone check your boxes!!!!!!!!!!!! I let her draw the names and i wrote them down so if you forget or don't get the pm just let me know...i have them all here!

i really want to buy a laptop this year. i love my mac here a G4 all power but want something i can take with me when i am not at home.


help me out here guys. tell me what yu have and why it is the best.


i have all the programs for a mac so i was leaning towards an apple laptop.
since they are expensive, can you say $3000 loaded, i would consider a pc laptop.

when i was at the best western last week, they had internet connections for pc but not for apple.
how is it at disney? is apple compatible there or only pc?

and, is wireless the way to go?

2 of my sons have the apple laptop and it is wonderful.

i got the teacher discount when i bought my G4 and can get it again for a laptop.


but need your help in making a decision on this.
thinking if connection is better at hotels with pc, then i should really explore that possiblity.

i don't know much about computer mac!

we have a compaq and it works fine...i wanted something that wasn't to expensive because all i do is chat and on the boards with it...but now that i am starting that athome business i will be using it more for that too, but i do like mine so far...it is still fairly new!

Oh my Ed, that is a big one.......but using it for vacation would be alright..

Laptops, I'm kinda lost on...but I too wouldn't need one with all the bells/whistles cause like Pam, it would be more for personal use and when we travel. Mac always wants the lowdown on everything, so fill her in laptop users...

SS or KK is fine and I knew what little momma meant...now you belong Deena, you officially know what KK means now....... Hope the boys are feeling better....take good care of them please, I worry when the little ones are feeling bad.....

Work is work today I'm seriously wondering if this job is for me...it sounds like I will be in Adam's boat...busy, busy busy....lots of auditing from the state goes on in this office and lots of filing and refiling of forms and lots of reports to run.........I guess I will learn it all, but it seems overwhelming today......... Guess there is no law in quitting if I don't end up liking it.....

Well, gonna eat my lunch here at my desk so another gal and I can take a walk today at lunch, it is quite nice here, around 70 degrees today....
