Welllllllllllllllll.....good wishes to Pam's Mom....hope all goes well for her sore foot and she gets up and running real soon....
Jules, you are so welcome, sorry it was late, but I forgot about the holiday and not getting in in the mail on Saturday...better late than never they say....
Ed, hope wife is feeling better too, that boot looks dangerous, especially if attached to her foot going to your butt...
Deena, you can have this rain even though we need it...it is coming up from that tropical crap down wherever....I feel like a drowned rat after walking from the stadium to the parking deck......
Adam, give us an update on the surgery....
and mac, you had everyone's agenda right on the money........
SOOOOOOOOOOOOO...with all that out of the way........I must tell you about my day at the game........yes, it was called, yes it finally rained, yes they lost, and yes I was ticked because all the big hitters were given the game off....buttttttttttttttttttttttttt......we left early and got to Baltimore around 4 ish, which we had to do to not be in traffic....well, Baltimore was a sea of Red Sox fans...I swear there were more of them than O's peeps....so anyhoot, we decide to just stroll around the perimeter of the ball park, taking in the sights, waiting for them to open the gates....when a taxi pulls up...and who gets out......Kevin Millar and Trot Nixon............ok, I'm so excited cause I saw them like 15 feet away.............so then, another cab pulls up, and Mark Bellhorn & Edgar Renteria gets out........then another cab pulls up and John Olerud gets out.....#4 pulls up and Matt Clement gets out, and starts walking towards where I'm standing, I step back, he steps in line with me, we both say "oh, excuse me"...and he goes on..........LOL....I could have reached out and hugged him...........so again, I'm feeling the love from all this stuff and thinking, wow, this is fun....when cab #5 pulls up.........................and there HE IS...................MY MAN .....Johnny Damon and David Ortiz hop out.........I was thrilled. After realizing that some of these guys weren't going to play tonight, I was so glad I was in the right place at the right time to see them. They had no batting practice for Boston as they tarped up the field for the rain. I did see Manny running around in the dugout, and some of the pitchers too. Thankfully, the seats we had were under a roof....but we got soaked getting back to the car.............but all in all, it was fun...even though we lost, they looked kinda like knuckleheads tonight..but I still enjoyed it..........and yes, we had to pay $16 to park............

and still walk a good bit. Wouldn't have been too bad except for the rain. So happy anniversary to me..........I'm happy I got to see those guys that close in their sloppy street clothes.........
There were just so many people about, my photo isn't too good, drat that woman in those shorts...LOL...but you can see my man peeking through the crowd.......and the other one is Edgar
