my "bug" is getting closer to the end and we are getting very excited!!!! I am starting to make list in my spare time...oh wait i don't have much spare time!
but i am making list now i just have to find the list that tells me where i put all my other list! :rolleyes:

are those the low-carb things? I had one....they taste like watered down beer....well really something you would find in a white porcelin bowl in a useful room in the house................. :upsidedow

they do taste a little watered down but not much of an after taste and that is what i like! and......it seems that i can drink maybe 3 of them and start seeing double! :earboy2: so one good looking guy walks in and you actually see 2!!! that's what i am talking about!!!!!! :smooth:

Morning testees!!!

I am off to take Nico to camp, then off to the gym for 2 hours, pick Nico up at camp, then back home, feed the kids lunch, then back out to drop Julie and Nico both at camp.

I then, should be back. I'll have to shower (believe me even BBear in England will appreciate that) and do some laundry, but I shoudl be back to play after that.

If I could just lose one pound, maybe even half a pound this week, I would be sooo happy. The last 8lbs are a .....well you know. At least once I lose them, I know they wont come back.

The funny thing about me, once I hit my goal, I dont think it is over. I'll probably want to lose another 5lbs. We'll see.

Pam - glad the hair trick worked. I realized that a while ago and I have no idea why it works, but it does. So YAY about the pound. I say the hair down is the "true" weight. :teeth:
 
Morning Momma....

whew...you is a busy momma this day.......hump day indeed.....

I'm going to the outlets today for a gal day with my friend and the Mr. is babysitting for us so we can enjoy the day...isn't he a sweety :love: :love:

I learned and read something about this plateau we are on momma....once we are at that point, even though doing everything "right"...intake, exercise etc...our body becomes accustomed to "less" and feels like we are "starving" it, so it starts to store everything so it can depend on it ;) :p ....also it went on to say that a good way to jump start the body into using this stored stuff is to on ocassion go over with the calories etc., then jump back into the saddle and the body will start burning up what it has been reserving. Sounds like good sense to me..........so I might try that, maybe give myself a day of a little heavier eating that what I'm presently doing. :mickeybar

YUP! That is the cheat day Lee makes me take every Sat..although, I think this week will be Sunday. He insists that I am straving myself so he makes me eat to try to keep my metabolism up. Actaully, he is doing it too, although not the extent. It's fine, you can trick your body further if you take laxatives on the cheat day. You Metabolism spikes, but the caloires dont stay on you, and it beats throwing up!!

I forgot to tell you guys something funny yesterday. I was working out with Joe and he asked why I have bruises all up and down my arms and legs. I bruise so easily..I didnt even notice how bad they were. :blush:

yes, i had to watch the shield twice last night. didn't have the bang that they have had in the past seasons for the finale. but still good.
have to wait until 2006 for it to start up again................rats......


i found that what mic said to be true about the calories. i over ate two days ago and after my weigh in, did lose 1 pound..............plan to do this once a week now.

got to get everyone here off to work and school so i will be back later.
