P. S.......I just tend to bruise very easily too, I can slightly bump my arm/leg or whatever and I'm bruised.....I'll see bruises and wonder "where did that come from"..............

i have pernicious anemia and take meds for that so i don't bruise anymore very easily.


but some years before i was diagnosed, i did bruise and the doc tested me thru blood drawn and it was a defieciency of iron.

so then i took vitamins centrum and it helped alleviate the problem once i was on it for about 4-5 months.


i read somewhere that someone else was bruising easily and she was on a diet also.,

Well it truly is a hump day today. I just have to get through Thur and Fri then Sat I get on the plane. Im very excited
The girls and I are going for one last hurrah before I leave and 4 of us are going to have 'Rita pedicures. They serve you a Margarita and chips and salsa during your pedicure and use lime and lemon salts in the water. Combined with the fact that the 3 friends Im going with are very naughty it should be great fun. Plus my little toes will be so cute in Orlando!
