sorry to hear that your appt. didn't go well mac--i have never been so i don't know what it is like! there is something about someone telling you to relax but knowing that they are going to pop ya!

oh the noodles....they weren't as bad as i thought they were going to be...they tasted a little different but i can stand to make it with those noodles again.

It is the last day of school here today for my kids! I have mixed feeling about that--i get to sleep in but i know they will fight all day! hmmm....maybe i will just have to leave them here with malarie!! No i am glad school is out...i like it when my kids are home!!!

Pam, school is out, but what time does your first little charge roll in? I always enjoyed summer too, was always a little sad to see them head back to school.

I got my Mother's day gift today from way out west...it is a framed photo of my grandson in his hawaiian Mickey Mouse shirt and khaki shorts,barefoot, sitting in a beach scene with seashells and a bucket................OH SO cute and made me cry, he is just so beautiful to me (he looks like his Dad at that age)....I was thrilled with it.

I've got high hopes for AI mac, I'm hoping for a knock out tune from our man Bo....Carrie needs to get cut down a notch................yippee skippee....can't wait.

mic if you look on the american idol thread they have listed two of the songs each singer will do. the third song each does has not been released.

i think some of those songs stink.

okay i am here to tell you that i only lost a pound but i guess it is better than gaining one! we have been running around alot with weddings and graduations so i guess that losing is still good.

i just got done visiting with some of our friends that are back. they are the ones that are getting married this weekend so we will be leaving sat. morning and coming back on sun sometime. It was nice to visit with them before their wedding--i left dave there--had to get the kids home and showered..it is nice that school is out they get to stay up later that way.

Anyway, everyone have a good night and we will see you all in the morning--getting ready to catch the 2nd episode of the shield!! don't spoil it for me mac!!

mic, everytime i called i got thru for bo. only got a busy signal two times in the two hours......i think that is a bad sign. voted 123 times for bo in one hour period. youd think if a lot of people were voting for him you would get busy signals. bo had two numbers 02 and 05. the other two did also.






pam, watched the shield........so good....and watching again......took a commercial break to bop in here.

Pam congrats on the 1 lbs. You are sad and I would be excited to lose a pound. I think a lot of us would. LOL!

I am off to the gym today. I had a kickass workout yesterday, but I am SORE today. LOL! So Just weight resistence cardio and then Hi/Low for me.

Mac - I would gladly make you workout with me. It is easier when you have someone pushing you!! I have sooo far to go I feel like it will never come off! But I am NOT giving up. I am determind.

BTW - Todd told me if I hadnt left I would have lost all the weight already trianing with him. Sometimes that man can be cocky!
