i am not sure if it really has a name--but it is a learn to lose class and it is kinda like southbeach. It was okay--i weighed myself and now i know i reealllly need to lose lots of weight!!!

You people kept me up WAY too late last night

I am just dragging this morning, and I am SORE!! Taking a week off from the gym does not do a body good.

ocm--have fun at your workout--it stinks to be sore!! I know after that tone and sculpting class i did i was pretty sore! I wish that class wasn't at 5:30! That is soo hard for me to get to!

Davids birthday was okay. I had a PTA meeting and didnt get home til about 8:30 after I stopped to get pizza for dinner. David didnt want to go out to eat because earlier in the day he didnt know what time he would be through.
Today is not going to be a good one for me I dont think. Its my moms b-day today--she would have been 59. The boys and I might head out to the cemetary later if its not raining to put out some flowers.

Deena..... hope today is not too hard for you...but it seems like going to visit the cemetary is something that will uplift you....I'm sure it is hard...having lost a parent, I understand what you are feeling...

So, guessing no package yet? I'm still so steamed about that....I will replace it, I'm just holding out waiting to see if the ^%$@#& post office returns the one I sent.............boy, leave it to me to mess things up.....hey Deena, Happy April Fool's Day.........guess the joke really was on you.....

I'm preparing myself to watch the ball game this afternoon....I'm thinking today is THE day.........hey Ed, I'm reading Johnny D's book....nothing deep...lol...but interesting...seems like a pretty good guy with some values and enjoys life and what he has been blessed with....of course only read about 50 pages......so I'll give you an update...LOL

Its not a problem Mic...I sent an exchange package once that took about 2 weeks to get there. I know they thought I was a loser and mailed it out way late (we it was mailed a couple of days late but still).
