It is already 60 here today! the boys are already outside and aubrey and i will soon follow! It is just way to nice to be stuck in the house all day!

hmmmm....maybe i will have to start working on my tan! I feel so albino white lol
I am so mad--the place where i go and tan closed without much warning and i still had like 8 tans left! I am hoping they transfer with the new owners but i'm not crossing my fingers!

Sorry you wont be going to that one. I have done 2 before and the location is awesome and the food! If not I plan on doing a lot. So far it looks like LTT on the 25th before MNSSHP. I havent really asked around to much about others joining us yet but I did ask Tony and he and his sis will be there. I hoping you guys still come to that. I mean to send Ed a pm to see if his crew would like to join us there too.

Oh that reminds me you need to read Robins last installment on her trip report Connor is now famous! A famouns knife weilding toddler!

I will talk to DH again about it, maybe that day we will just get a sitter. My kids hate Illuminations becuase it is so loud (they have tubes in their ears which makes everything louder.) I will defiantely do LTT on the 25th before MSSHP. I forgot about it, but it is one character meal that I havent done. Are your kids dressing up for that? How many MSSHP are you doing? I want to dress up but I dunno abotu dressing up and eating out. I'll have to chew on it.

Oh I forgot to tell everyone..we are going to Disney the weekend of Mothers Day!!!

We decided to go ahead and book the PS for the Heros brunch. I am so excited. So, I will have been three times this year so far if we end up going in June. YAY!!!

i got many compliments on it from the cm's the night i wore it.

Now that is funny!! Actaully, I am not sure what I want to be. I make a pretty good Alice in Wonderland, but I have always wanted to be Cinderella. I was tinkerbell a few years ago and that was fun. The kids and Dh have Mickey, Minnie and Donald costume, so I could get the Daisy and match them.

also, an outfit that you won't overheat in .....


i chose simplicity as i went alone and didn't want to look stupid all dressed up.

i did the ideal costume ...... it wasn't too hot, it was covenient, no special preparation for it, easy to pack in the suitcase........and it was original.

i got lots and lots of candy due to that costume......cms felt sorry for me

Oct 21, 23, 25, 27, 28, 30, 2005--we wont get in til late on the 21st so we wont be able to make that one. If the Illuminations dessert party is the 23rd it probably doesnt look good for that day either. So the 25th is good for us and possibly the 27th--we are checking out on Friday and going to Universal. I made ressies today for Oct 28-30 at the Hard Rock Hotel as thats where Michael and Matthew will want to stay and so far we have only stayed there one time. But the AP rates werent as good as they had been in the past.
Evan and Connor will dress up. David wont and I probably wont. And I never know about my teenagers, lol.

wow, you really are doing universal and staying at hrh???
you will love it there.
this october wil be my , i think, 6th stay there.
the AAA discounts are greater than the AP rates for the weekend i will be
there. the fan club rates have not been released yet, either the ent book rates. i have been calling frequently for them.

are you and the older boys going to halloween horror nights?
that is the only reason i do universal in october, just for those events.

the hard tickets might be coming out in july. buy early if you plan to go and pick up the express pass for hhn. last year tickets sold out on some nights.

are those the dates for mnsshp you listed above? i called disney today and a cm told me the first night will be sept 30. i hope that is the case as i plan on sunday oct 2 to be the next night for the event which i will buy a ticket for.
went for the first time last year and had a lot of fun.

Mac every year for our family vacation we stay a few days at Universal. I really like their resorts, we love the parks and must have FOTL! I feel so snobby passing the peons waiting in line
Plus you get way more good discounts with our AP's than with our Disney AP's.
We did HHN in Oct 2003. Just me, Michael and Matthew. Dh can be a smidge tight sometime and he didnt want to go if he had to pay extra, lol. Anyway one of us needed to stay with Evan and Connor anyway.
We had a blast. The haunted houses were fun. The scareactors dont really try to scare if you they see you looking around. They like to catch the unsuspecting and really like the teenage girls because they scream about everything, lol. I was sad last year I missed it at both parks.
To bad all of us are just going to miss you in Oct.

deena, i got the opportunity to meet about 7 of the scareactors that work at hhn from another board. such a great group of people. plus they give you that extra sneak up and make you wet the pants thing if they know you.


but wetting i have controlled..........soda coming out of my nose is a different thing though.


i prefer going the first or second weekend for the hard ticket event. soooooo crowded once it is mid oct for it.
2004 was hectic last year. i went the second weekend and two nights were at capacity. i bought the express pass for the first time in my life and now will always buy them. waits for one house was 2.5 hours. with the express it was 30 minutes.

i tell you hard rock hotel rules...............

Hey gang!

It was such a beautiful day here--got upto 75 today so i manged to get my vehicle cleaned out didn't realize how bad it was until i got down and really looked at it! The thing i like about this kind of weather is it makes me not feel lazy i get off my butt and accomplish some things!

The kids should sleep good tonight as they were outside ALL day too!!

Hope everyone else had a good day too!

you know i am kinda bummed that we won't get to see any of the halloween stuff but i think it would have just been to rushed for us--and i didn't want that for the kids!
