Morning everyone.

I am off the the gym today. I have weight class and then a hi/low class. I think I work harder in classes then if I was working out on my own. I need someone to push me.

My big news of the day is I lost 1lb!!!! YAY After working out for almost two months and that is huge for me. It is hard for me to lose...so this is big.

Adam, LOL....I thought the same thing when she said she could have pawned her karioke stuff or keyboard or her wedding rings, and went with the wedding rings.............I thought what the heck??????????? But at least her sacrifice paid off and she moved up a round.
