Morning all I dont think Im shopping today but I still have to fight the crowds to the mall since Michael is working. Its his last day and he is very happy about it. Though what a killer last day to have.
I looked out my window this am, no snow yet but it is pretty nippy outside.
My poor dh is getting ripped off this year losing 2 days off. They do get off Christmas day and New Years day but since they are on Saturdays, UPS isnt giving them off Monday--or any other day. Poor guys need a break after this hairy Christmas season.

A quick HI this morning...whew...I'm still groggy....we all got to bed about 4 a.m. and I was up by 8...too tired to sleep I think...I feel a nap is in order this afternoon..the guys have left already to shop...LOL...men = Christmas Eve...NO shopping for me today!!

We are just cleaning up from breakfast and thinking about getting dressed...plus the phone has not stopped ringing this morning...

The boys are so darn cute...

Yes mac, I like chicken.....................LOL

Gotta go catch the little runaway..he is into everything......

hi all......hope your morning has been good so far.

had to take one son to work at 7 this morning. take the other son to work at 11:30, then pickup one son at 5 come back home then go back to get the other son at 7:30...............just remembered i forgot to mail my mom a christmas card....till plenty of time, post office closes at 1 today.

rule of thumb, as long as it is postmarked by dec 24, it is not considered late.

will bop in and out today.

mic, go take a nap........let the littles destroy your house while you do.....

woo hoo !!!!!!!

my ipod that was in china went to chiba japan......it left japan midnight and landed in kentucky..........web site says in transit now. hope it is flown north from there.......its a long drive about 11 hours from there to gurnee station.

they have a 10:30 delivery stop in zion and another at 2 , 3, everyday
hopefully it will make one of the latter two. missed the 10:30 one.

the last delivery is at 8 pm tonight until monday morning at 9 am.

its a 50/50 thing right now if it will be delivered today.

oh my mac, all my cleaning has bit the dust so to speak...4 additonal houseguests and the house is a wreck already...but here is another mantra for us.....it was neat and pretty and ready for the show....now it is time to have fun!!!

I just printed out dinosaur coloring pages off the internet to keep #1 GS busy...#2 is up from his power nap...LOL...I hear him crying...the guys are STILL out shopping...this is HILARIOUS...DS calls DIL to ask her "what color is sexy, red, black or white".....DIL says "you aren't looking at stuff like THAT with Dad are you"..... (I said maybe Dad will buy some too..... )

I think my house is a hotel..we are turning over the rooms for the next guest. So, I have a lot of cleaning!!! YUCK

I thought there were certain days that you were required to have a holiday for or you get paid extra. Well, I hope for you that there is an extra days pay in there too!! That is a bummer for him.

Hello everyone . . . and a Merry Christmas Eve, once again .

My plans for tonight: Going to Grandma's around 4, Grammy "Pop-pop", 1 aunt, 2 uncles, Mom, Dad, Sis, BIL, and of course Miss Hopers will be there. Then, church with Sis, BIL, Hope, BIL's mom, dad, sis, and niece at 7:30. After church, we're invited to BIL's parents house, then I'm gonna stay over at sis's house ~perfect , now I don't have to get up and get ready, since we'll be opening gifts there in the morning

So glad your family arrived safe and sound mom . . .

OCM, I'm sure you'll be fine, the kid's excitment will keep you in good spirits
