Good morning all. Took my group out yesterday for our Holiday party. We went to a place called Hunterdon Hills Playhouse here in NJ. Had a very nice luncheon followed by a wonderful Christmas show. Everybody had a great time.

Got home and my DW tells me there is a letter/card on the table and she didn't recognize the name. She said the return address is Nebraska. Once she said that I knew exactly who it was from. Pam, thank you so much for the greeting. Your kids are adorable especially that little girl of yours. You are now officially added to the Christmas card list.

oh adam,, how did you know i was craving steak and eggs? havent had that for breakfast in ages ( but today its what ever i can throw together fast,, we are distributing the toys from our toy drive today and had 2 families added at last minute have to go pick up more toys from local sheltered workshop, and try asnd fill those while passing out the others.

....oh, and just to let you know I'm a yahoo ...I ordered hubby a bottle opener that talks....with Johnny Damon's grandslam in one of the playoff games....

lol.......hey wait! I resemble that remark. I still have a few more items to go and its nice enough to be dreary and rainy here today. That mean the cold is on its way to us. Its supposed to be in the 30's-40's here soon. I live close to the Gulf so it will be close to the 40's for us but more northern Texas will be colder. Hmmm my bil/sil should be arriving here soon. Hope they miss the bad weather.

As for you hooligans...Next year just start shopping all year long for Christmas!! That way you can avoind the last minute rush. That bing said..I might have to pick up a few more things. LOL! I still cant believe I lost a box of gifts!!!

just got off the phone with the carrier. message on their website was misleading do i had to call. in error, my ipod was taken off the plane in china..........and it just leaving shanghai today................no delivery to me now today obliviously.
called apple and complained............they are sending me an email to confirm the delivery charge will be refunded...........i will believe it when i see it.

should have the package or possibly have the package tomorrow by 10:30, that is if it gets thru customs they tell me.
i put my money on friday.......................

Good afternoon everyone!

adam--you are so very welcome! I send out christmas cards to all my friends and family!!! And i think we are all very close and you are my friends so i couldn't not send any of you a christmas card!

So when does all the maddness start for you all?
mine starts Friday! We will go to my mom's for x-mas eve, then have christmas day here with my dh and kids, then off to my mom's again for x-mas with my g'ma and mom's side! Then the 26 we will go to dave's moms and have christmas there!

What are you all doing?

what are you talking about, the madness has already started....lol...

it starts as soon as we pick up the family at the airport..no really, no real madness...we have a big family/friends breakfast at our house, you come and go as you please...then we do dinner with sil at their house...after that, we just realize that all the rush of getting ready for the big day is over by nightfall. I'm sure my kids will be running around visiting family and friends, trying to cram a lot of that into their visit while they are home.....we may try and do dinner out one evening while they are home...and I think they want us to babysit so they and my other son can go out one night...like they need to ask such a question....lol...

Outlaws are here now. We are opening our presents tongiht or tomorrow..not sure. Then, we have our Christmas, then my family comes down for the week. I am sad I am going to miss my aunts christmas eve...there are 110 people that are going to be there!!! SO, that night will be hard for me.
