yum, breakfast looks delicious, ed, are you still keeping your nose to the grindstone? hope you have lost a few more pounds....that always make it all seem so much more worthwhile...when you see results...I had seen known for a bit, just staying the same...but today I was 3 lbs. less..... so that always gets me motivated!

mac, you have the same flight times as we do when we leave for AZ! we have the choice of 2 airports, but we got lucky and got the one a little closer to home to depart from...so its about 40 minutes for us...hoping son will take us and drop us off so we don't have to leave car and pay parking....and this time will be less hectic, I got us on a direct flight non-stop to PHX.....so travel time will be cut by about 3 hrs....and then I will be with all my babies and hugging and kissing them til they all tell me to stop!!

ocm, you are lenient with mr. onecool, giving him til Thursday to prove his worth....LOL.... usually when I'm mad at mr. m4e...he gets no grace period....

Yes M4E I've lost 15 since I started 4 weeks ago so I down about 20 since last May I was exercising through the summer just not dieting If I keep going at about 2 a week by the middle of Nov I'll weigh less then I have since I got married.

ok, it is raining and depressing in this neck of the woods...so with "mental" vacations....love that ed....in mind...let's all take a walk....the excercise is good for all of us....

wow--good for all of you losers!!! It is always nice to see your accomplishments!

My accomplishments for the day are not to be so dang sore! I played volleyball last night for the first time since Jan. and i am feeling it today! I didn't know i had so many muscles in my thighs!!

Pam, you are excused from walking on the beach if you are sore...you can keep the lounge chairs for us so no one comes along and takes our spot!

also, a nice soak in the tropical water will no doubt take those tired, sore muscles relax and feel better.

I agree with Pam, being a called a loser in our instances is a good thing.....

and mac, I'm so sorry...I forgot to ask, did dh's tests go ok yesterday? I sure hope so....sorry for my oversight...I'm always so excited to get breakfast and see the sunrise I forgot...
