TEST (part 2)

Wow the boards have been quiet today! Thanks so much for keeping it down for me. Just had a minute to pop in and say hi for the day. Had to take Ally back to the doctor today to confirm my diagnosis of strep throat. She is back on antibioitcs but is felling okay.

Have a great weekend everyone!

i think the weather has done a lot of the homies in...

is everyone still asleep?

even our little momma?
i bet she is at the gym now.

mic comes back sunday.
i know how that feels coming back from a fab vacation.

maybe she will bring back that sand i requested.......
one can only hope..:rolleyes1

no skool on monday.
in our skool district presidents day is celebrated then.

i can't believe i made it thru last work week.
that was busy for me.

one son had a computer crash and he "borrowed" mine last night when we got home from shopping.

he was on a roll and wanted to go shopping again.
took him to Abt and he replaced his tv.
after that on to Game Store to find more ps 3 games.

i think he was on the puter most of the night.
which is a good thing so i get it now.

i learned in kindgergarten how to share.
i didn't like it then
and i don't like it now.

jk

have a great day all :goodvibes

Afternoon friends...we went to the beach for our last hurrah, and it was nice but so hot, we didn't stay but a couple hours. We then drove around to some of the places we remember and boy have things changed over the years...progress and money I guess....

Doing laundry so won't have much to fool with tomorrow when we get home...dh is off Monday also for the holiday then T/W are his days off, so his vacation is on for a few more days....back to work Monday for me...ick

Mac, you always share:goodvibes

hi guys!

mic - dirty laundry is the worst thing to drag home. Seems like the week flew by, hope your ma is doing okay.

lori - yuck, step throat stinks

pam & ocm must be busy bees:)

sounds like mac's son was too;) ; i don't mind sharing the computer...hate when they alter my settings though

going to red lobster for anniversary dinner tonight, figured we could sneak in early before it get too crowded. DH wanted to go somewhere fancy, the older i get the less interest I have in waiting in line for the "hot spots":confused3 ; probably will be back home by 8 pm lol

mic while you are at it, do some loads of laundry for me too.

just not in the mood to get caught up with it.....

again, happy anniversary keisha.
i love red lobster also.

have a great dinner tonight.

went to kmart and spent too much money.
half of it was on cat food and litter...

KS, enjoy your night out at Red Lobster...I hear ya, our evenings out, which are few and far between usually end early also...#1 I can't stand waiting in lines to eat, so if we go, we usually go pre-supper rush or get their no later then 5:30 on a Friday evening...eating out is capoot for the time being with dh working these oddball hours...I do think next Friday we are going to try and go out though for ds's birthday which is the 23rd...and we always take him out to dinner, so Friday may be it

Went to grocery store for my mom to get her some things she needed...I swear, I spent more time at the grocery store this week...you would think I was at home...in fact I spend less time when I'm home...LOL

I was up early to check in for tomorrows 6:40 a.m. flight and I'm wearing down right now...think I feel a short power nap coming on:goodvibes

evening all!

proud parent moment:

Noah had 2 games today and he scored 14 points the first game and 15 points the 2nd game:cheer2: They won both of their games today and start their tourneys next week.

We got the schedules for both the boys baseball and we have made the conclusion that we will be going in 2 different directions the whole baseball season.

Hope everyone had a great valentine's day. We just had a quiet one here at home...nothing to special.

ks--have a good dinner out. Red Lobster sounds YUMMY!!

mic--safe travels my friend.

lori--sorry to hear that ally has strep. That stinks...we just went through that with noah. Hope she is all better soon.

I guess we are suppose to get some freezing rain here later on. I am sooooo ready for spring to get here.

Have a good night everyone!

Proud parent moments are the best:cool1: glad he was such a high scorer, does wonders for them for the next round of games...YAY....

Not going to be too long packing up the computer and settling down, 3:45 is gonna come early...we need to hit the road to the airport by 4:30..guess we are about 38 miles from Ft. Myers...not anticipating tons of traffic on a Sunday morning at that hour...although I75 is always a busy stretch of highway down this way, major artery till you hit Alligator Alley to head east towards Miami

I want to get home but yet I don't if you understand that statement...I simply wish leisure time was as abundant as 'real life' time is...but we know that ain't so...:sad1:

Mac - good of you to share the computer I guess. Of course that did take you away from us so I'm not real sure.

Janet - how was the night out. We go to dinner early when we go to. Don't like to have to wait. I don't like sharing my computer and I hate it when they alter my settings.

Mic - so sorry the vacation has come to an end. Glad you had a great time.

Pam - Congrats to Noah! Sounds like baseball season is going to be fun. Yeah right!

Nite All!

morning all!

quick drive by this morning....the kids have to sing in church today....both services:eek: I think we will be leaving after the kids sing the 2nd service.

Have a good sunday everyone.

We are back home safe and sound...so dreary and cool here...ick...I want the sun and sand....I think my little poochie was glad to see us, he stayed with his aunt and uncle...LOL...they said he was an

Nap time, put some of the clothes away, now plan to relax...not even going to grocery store I don't think...we can graze on what we find:goodvibes

This time, the letter/number system with SW was adhered to pretty well and it went ok...if they can do all that, seems they could give seat assignments...oh well..........and their terminal at Orlando doesn't have much in it as far as food goes, not much choices

mic - welcome home! . isn't it great how our furry babies are so happy to see us come back - unconditional love is the best:cloud9: ! agree on SWs offerings in terminal - i had a much-revered nathans hot dog last time - not sure what all the fuss is about.:confused3 just overpriced imo. So where you taking DS for dinner?

pam - :woohoo: :yay: to noah! Certainly more fun to win:thumbsup2 nice when the kids accomplish their goals.

mac computer working yet? sleep in tomorrow, with the kitties

dinner was great, late start due to jr staying longer to volunteer @ spaghetti dinner for BB (they had him cooking:eek: ). Over an hour wait @ the bar, 3 appletinis:rolleyes1 for me; great night lol. Came home & jr did a 'breath test':rotfl: ; i failed...it's been a long time since anyone has checked.

waited for hours for race to start, figure it's time to go cook dinner & check it out later - i'm trying to see tricia in the crowd.

KS, you enjoying the race? I've been reading and watching some stuff I had taped...

Hope Tricia is enjoying being there in person...called my mom to let her know we had landed back on earth, and she said it was around 81 degrees with gorgeous sun...:headache: I'm sitting here with a sweatshirt jacket on, my soft fuzzy socks and I'm still chilly...yesterday I was sweating in shorts :upsidedow

Glad the 'Lobster had good 'tinis to start the meal out.(that is too funny about not passing the breath test)..not sure what we will do for ds birthday, he wasn't forthcoming on what he wanted...we are kicking around the idea of going to Miyako, a hibachi Japanese place that is good...they have kick-butt scallops....and who can resist the volcano the chef cooks up on the grill;)

We had Mc'D's, the place we ended up getting breakfast (not sure the name), a Sabbaro and ice cream places in the gate area we had to hit...I ordered a croissant with bacon, egg and cheese, got it, it wasn't even warm and the cheese wasn't melted a bit...took it back and asked to have it nuked...didn't taste bad, but geez, at least cook it before giving it to me.

had your backs this morning, went to church and took 2 friends with.
you are all good for the week.

congrats to our boy noah.

mic is back. i hope there is some sand for me in her suitcase.

just a quick drop in.
computer had a glitch late last night around midnight.
could not connect to internet.

spent over an hour this late afternoon with tech at apple to trouble shoot.

they reconfigured my settings and i can connect with firefox but not safari.
only problem i have now with firefox is it disconnects me when ever i need to go back to original email i was reading.

don't know how long i can do that.
if you don't see me, i'm probably back on the phone with tech help tonight.

i have been going nuts without computer access.
my life was going down the drain.
and it hasn't even been 24 hours yet...............

Hi all!

Mic - sorry you had to come back to lousy weather.

Mac - Hope they get the puter fixed soon.

Nite everyone!

Morning all!:surfweb:

I can't believe it is monday already! Where did the weekend go? Kids are out of school today so I am sure it will be crazy here.

Have a good monday everyone.

morning all, my guy's just off today (sure wish they had that whole week off like they did a few years ago:wizard: ). Funny thing, they said the parents were up in arms, evidently issues with day care. Pam would know all about that;) ; do u have any in your care that are just casual drop ins? Know that is non-existant in our parts. Most won't take kids if they have a sniffle let alone a fever:confused3 . Gawsh, your vacation ticker is moving right along:banana:

mic - hope u settle in quickly, yet retain the vacation vibe:goodvibes ; it does tend to evaporate quickly in the face of RL (except in our daydreams!) I'm not a racing fan, still quoting ocm's description of a series of left turns-hee-hee. I'm trying to appreciate it though, figure it'll come if I learn more about it.

mac - hope they get your computer running quickly (hope the techie talk is covered under warranty too-amazing their hourly charges:eek: ).

so, who's kids are off this whole week?
