Pam, that is just nutz to take that baby out...and honestly, I know that you are a super de dooper sitter and are THE best at taking care of kiddoes, but geez, if you are able to be OFF, wouldn't any normal mom feel better taking care of her own sick little pup??? rather then dragging the child out to a sitter? I could understand if she HAD to be at work....those are the times you just say 'whatever'...

Drug the suitcases out, have shorts and undies thrown in, that is about all we need...LOL...and a bathing suit and my jammies...gonna get that done tonight, tomorrow I'll do laundry and pack the grooming gear we are traveling very light, just hanging out at Mom's, so no biggie...it will be so nice to just veg...read a book, watch TV, help Mom out and get a little sun, sand and beach thrown in

I'm trying to take a laptop with me that I'm borrowing, next thing will be if I can connect to the internet...we shall see.

Ok, need to get back to being busy........where is AI tonight? Ok, a couple of those people singing "Glamouous" last night had me laughing out loud... Biggest Loser was great last night too.........getting down to the nitty gritty now with some backstabbing thrown in..

I just got wicked good news yesterday!!


I'm going to Disney World over our spring break April 7-11. But the best news is that it is FREE!!!

Lee has training that he has been wanting to go to for a while and we knew it happened to be over Spring Break. Well, before he asked his boss..his boss asked him if he wanted to go.

All of Lee's meals are free, hotel and travel are all paid for. So, I will have to buy the kids APs and our meals. But that isnt much since I don't eat that much!!!

I am so excited

Hi, still hacking away here...I swear, this coughing is gonna drive me nuts...I'm taking those mucus relieving tablets, and they help some, but its still not totally doing the trick...I don't feel bad, just don't sound so hot.

Yep, we leave Friday afternoon on the 1:45 p.m. flight south I need a break from work that is for sure, to regroup and forget about this place for a few days. I usually fret about everything here before I leave, NOPE, no sirr-ee, not this time, they can figure it all out without me and do whatever. I figure I don't get paid to worry on my own time.

Very warm here also, 60's...and been raining off and on all day. Keep the snow out west my friends

Hacking isn't fun, even when you don't feel bad. When I get like that, I can't sleep or anything. Ick. Hope you shake it soon and have fun on your trip!

from the time i got home from skool to 30 minutes ago, it has snowed another 5.5 inches.
the boys helped me shovel that round and it's just as bad if not worse now.


and skool is still on for tomorrow so far..........

We got rain and high winds, but nothing too scary. Actually, it brought down a dead limb that's been dangling in a tree for a long time. It wasn't attached to the tree, it was just hung in the branches. It annoyed me (I don't know why), so I'm glad to see it on the ground.

I had to re-read that twice. I thought you said that for your hair, you carried a baseball BAT. I was trying to figure out if you were going to beat people if they said something bad about your hair or what.

I got behind in my responses, so sorry for the big catch up. I am off to shower and make myself presentable. DS6 is having his first school production this evening. A show all about the 5 senses. His Kindergarten class is singing a song all about smells. I can't imagine what that will be like.

just picked up a couple of those overland travel bags @ REI outlet, got 2 for less than $23 ; my bagallini's being going strong for over a year - never unpacked it one trip i liked it so much...while my fancy ones collect dust - goes better with my crocs anyway lol
