TEST (part 2)

morning - they didn't pull the plug yet?

it's 60 here:dance3: supposed to go near 70 (end of days:rolleyes1 jk i hope, such freakish weather:confused3 )

Need to take DS for physical (sports = 1Xyear; won't subject him to the skools creepy doc - older DS called him papa doc:eek: )

last BB game (not including the upcoming all day tournie) they got knocked out last night...

ok girls, fyi (unless one of my DSs is playing) all I need to do is watch the last 10 - 15 min of any pro BB game;) and as i tell my boys don't even THINK about betting on one-sure way to lose the house!

Morning all......

The Richard Petty DE accident happened today I believe, not sure of particulars, didn't go back and read the article after first seeing it...probably something freak about it all

http://www.orlandosentinel.com

 WOW!!! Another underlying medical condition :sad2: How sad.....the thrill of your life kills ya! Well...he at least died doing something he loved

i really shouldn't be mis spelling words on purpose.
in the note to the teacher today, i wrote skool instead of school.
i went back and changed it.

 :sad2:

Barb - good luck to you too. I hope the new job brings much success

As for Mr Nico, I think he faked today. The problem is I can never tell, so I asked him, "How am I suppose to believe you next time?" I think what I am going to say is you are only allowed to miss school when you have a fever. He didn't have one today and I know he isn't faking those. Three weeks is coming up in the next 7 days, so we will see.

Thanks....not really a job to be 'successful' at...more kinda like...passing the time while Bubba is in SKOOL ;)

Does he know the story of the boy who cried wolf? Seemed to work for us....(not that it was ever that bad, my weird kid actually 'likes' skool :confused3 )

Happy Day to all :goodvibes

Morning all!

awwwhhhh...60 degree weather would be soooo nice. Can't wait for the day. It is snowing here. We are supposet to get anywhere from 4-12 inches.:confused3 Good ole weathermen!!!

Noah is still home today. I didn't even try to send him to school today. He didn't get his meds until afternoon. I am one of those parents who probably keep their kids home more than I should because I don't want to spread the illness. Some parents really tork me off when they send their kids places when they know they are sick.

Have a good tuesday everyone!

Good morning!

I too will be leaving on the 15th with DH for Daytona to see the 50th running of the Great American Race.

That is, if the Pediatric Neurologist gives us the go ahead after our appointment this Friday. Long story made short, DS6 had seizures for the first time last month. He is on daily meds now and seems to be under control, but we still have to get him checked out to see if they can find out why.

If he gives us the green light... if everyone stays healthy... if the crew of family we have here can stay healthy enough to watch the kids... then we'll be on the road the morning of the 15th.

And, yes, I know that is a lot of "ifs".

We are also predicted to reach the 70s today. Can't complain!

Kurt - Tricia is going to Daytona too. Since I don't have a track near me I have never been to a race but do love to watch. Someday I plan to be able to go to many races a year. Would love to go to Daytona, will probably start at Texas though.

Which drivers hav you met?

Barb - It sounded like a heart attack to me with the way they described it. So they have said what it was for sure? Guess I should google it.

KS - DS hasn't already had a physical. Our's have to have a new one per school year before they particiapate in their first activity for the year. Just got Mikey's done last week because baseball games are fixing to start. We have a scrimage week after next I believe.

slo - I don't know that I could go every week. He is really dedicated.

mic - Good Morning to you too. Felling better?

pam - Well it would be nice if it would stick around. It was in mid 70's here yesterday and is now back in the 40's & still dropping/ They have actually been talking about snow!:confused3 UGH!

I hope Noah is better soon. I totally agree about not sending them to school to infect everyone's kids. Things just keep passing around the school that way.

Have a terrific day everyone!

i heard from mr mac this morning.
he has no idea how he will get out of new york tomorrow at 5:00 as ohare will probably cancel many united flights.

Mac - I hope mr mac is able to get home. That is if he has been away long enough to not be a butt.

a soggy hello all:banana: pizza man's coming - yum!

something to be said for afterskool sports:thumbsup2

no after school activities here tonight as school got let out at 1:30 today. Now all the kids will be home and no running for any of us tonight:cool1: They are talking 8-10 inches now, so if that happens then there will probably be no school tomorrow either.

Have a good night everyone.

Oh Mac, I just heard the weather, and I think you are going to get slammed with snow:guilty: It looks like we aren't going to get nearly as much as you, but Stephanie is naturally hoping for a ton so she doesn't have school tomorrow:rolleyes:

Take care of yourself, and be careful tonight!!!

sandy, it started to snow before 3 today.

had to shovel the drive to not get the ice packed down when i went out to get dinner for son.

i was gone about an hour and what was shoveled in our drive was completely covered again.

it could be a foot here.
we get the extra inches from lake effect snow also.
just call us lucky.

lori and brab............in these parts mr mac is referred to as SH.

pam loves that one......:rolleyes1
