test Part 10

hope you guys stay dry.

ed--the first cold of the season? hope you feel better soon.

Good Friday morning...I apologize for missing class yesterday so I guess I failed the test:guilty: We had a LOT of drama first thing yesterday morning at work (you know working with women is a full time job in itself keeping everyone from each other's throats;) ) so I didn't get on here. Then last night, I put the computer on, never signed onto AOL, fell asleep while Survivor was on...and that was 8:15  Tried rewinding and watching it and never did get through it, so finally just said the heck with it and turned the lights out...I was still tired this a.m....I think all of last week and being so uptight about my tests that I had lost a lot of sleep and needed to play catch-up...anyway, I'M BACK :goodvibes

KS, your decorations are wonderful! I love them and you guys do a great job. I like the pirate theme thingy and may file that away in my mind for my yard. LOVED it....your son is a cutie also and what a perfect kitty for Halloween! what is it's name?

Mac, sorry you are working alot, but think of all the booty you can save for another trip to the World :cool1:

Our MIA's need to drop in, we worry and wonder if things are ok....:grouphug: and was Bob off to Hawaii? cool......I went to Hawaii 30+ years ago and loved it, it is a beautiful place, I'd love to go back, but I'd never go for $635 for 2 weeks again...yep, that is what we paid, and that was airfare to/from, hopper planes between islands, hotels and some tours. Those days are long gone.

Pam, you did mention the school going up behind you, and really, I guess that is better than a shopping mall or something, at least with a school, traffic and people will be less and you know when school is in at least. Hope it doesn't crowd you though. Around here, every piece of ground they can put something on, they are doing it. It is sad actually. Our county was always a big farming area, and now all the farms are being sold off to developers :sad2: so now instead we have lots of houses, malls and no roads or enough schools to support all the growth. And of course taxes keep hiking up and we get nothing for it.

DS moves tomorrow :sad1: but it is only 15 miles away, so I'm doing ok with it. I'll miss my baby moving out, but it's time and he ain't breakin' mama's heart by moving 2000 miles away.......yet anyway. They say they want to live in England

they can't move to england.
they would have to learn a new language..........
mic, hope you can ketchup on your sleep this weekend

Nothing to much planned here. Just going go hang out here I think. We were talking about going to a movie, but then the kids decided that they rather have family movie night and go rent a movie.

Have a good day everyone!

No rain and I'm pooped, so just a quick goodnight...

Got the big move over, now tomorrow I'm back over to help them organize a little bit...and make a Wal-Mart run for essentials.....

See ya...KS, such handsome boys!!

morning all!

just got back from teaching sunday school. Now we are going to eat lunch and then head off to Noah's basketball game. Trent has practice at 4pm so he is staying behind.

Mic-- how does ds's apt. look? got him all settled in yet?

Have a good sunday everyone

back home from church now.
stopped by the grocery deli to pick up lunch/dinner for the family.

i have to leave the house around 3:30 today. david's flight from LA lands around 4:12 today. then back home to what is left of the deli roasted chicken i picked up for the dinner.

mic, well, tell us all about ds new place.

Gosh, the time change has me all mixed up, I was awake WAY to early this morning.

DS's condo is really quite nice. They have a very healthy share of closets and storage space. The kitchen isn't real large, but large enough for them. Has a side by side fridge (no ice maker :confused3 ), self cleaning stove and a dishwasher. Also has a laundry room with w/dryer, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a nice size little veranda to venture out on. They are very happy. We did Kohl's yesterday and I outfitted the bathrooms for each of them and got kitchen towels etc, front door mats and all that. Today we hit up Wal Mart for the microwave, toaster stuff like coasters, p. towel holder and all that jazz. They had a gift card so they payed for their microwave and we got the other stuff. We gave them a nice start on essentials. They both were so thankful...they treated lunch! We ate at Five Brothers and my burger was oh-so yummy and french fries to die for....YUM. I felt like maybe I was stepping on her step-mom's toes by helping and being there both days, but she told me her step-mom mentioned she was glad she was finally out:sad2:  I don't get people, but whatever. While I'm sad they are gone, I'm very happy for them and I know they are happy right now.

Ok, got all this Halloween crap that needs to go away...may take a little nap first......:thumbsup2

Good morning all....Tony has us all up so guess we need to hit the trail

:surfweb:

See ya a little later...my house seemed empty last night:sad1:

Morning all!

Have a busy day here...anymore what days aren't busy:confused3

Trent starts Jr. High basketball today. I think he was pretty excited. they should have a pretty decent team.

Noah's team lost again yesterday i think the final score was 35-1. They have a few kids on their team that have NO idea what is going on. I hope they improve as the year goes on or this will be a very long year for poor noah.

mic--i'm sure it felt empty, but just think that he is only a few minutes away.

Morning tony! How are things going with you?

Off to do the dreaded laundry

I was just thinking that christmas is coming. Do we want to do our Christmas exchange?

Afternoon, quickie before I hit the road for home......and was today ever LOOOONNNNGGG...5 p.m. has been forever getting here.....

The Christmas exchange sounds nice to me, so count me in if it's a go

Mac, hopefully we will wake up and it will be Friday morning and Mr. Monday will be but a distant memory

Hope the basketball team improves Pam, it does make for long seasons when they stink...keep us informed how Trent is doing also

I do think my laundry will drop dramatically without ds at home...that is one thing that is a positive in all this ;)

See ya later....DWTS's is on tonight:thumbsup2
