yep, got the computer up and running....it is amazing what happens when you just start pushing buttons got the administrator off and put up our name and it is good to go now, and as far as that box that wouldn't disappear....i think i got rid of it--still don't know what i did though. I just hope it doesn't reappear in the morning.

oh about DWTS...i didn't get a chance to watch it but i heard dear wayne got voted off. Sounds like he should have went the last week. I am hoping to watch the next one. I did watch a little of the biggest loser....i really think i need to go on that show....i would like to lose as much as them.

Mic - I hope it all goes well for you!! I say go for the rum or vodka I agree with not wanting to take the time with the boys away. Hang in there...we'll be here to listen when you need us.

Ed - that guy has no hair!! I'm not going bald with the costume..even if it does have a hat.

Keisha - I love the pics and the nw hair do!! Very sheek. What a bunch of handsome fellas.

Mac - I hope you had an easy work day!!

Pam - I am so sorry your new computer is giving you problems.

What my kids enjoyed the most?? Hands down it had to be the Goofy ride. Sammie's first roller coaster ride ever and she LOVED it!! We must have done that ride 4 times this trip and one time they actaully got to ride it with the characters. Nico rode Splash Mountain again, and Julie rode Star Tours for the first time and she loved it too.

I have to say, it was a HUGE help having TVT there. He got Julie to try the Barnstormer again (which she loved) and he got her to try Star Tours for the first time. He was able to take Nico on Splash mountain since Sammie was too young and he stayed with the girls while I took Nico on Kali Rapids for his first time. (I think Julie would have ridden it if "Grandpapa" Tony had gone, but Samantha was an inch too small.)

From the first day to the last Julie would say that "Grandpapa" Tony was her friend. She never left his side. Any ride we did, she insisted on riding with "Grandpapa" Tony and at all the meals she was going to sit next to HER friend.

Nico got really sick the last day. He had a horrible fever and he actaully just asked to leave MK. We got in the car to drive home and he said he just could not do a car ride then. He was just not up for it. In addition, I kept yawning about every 5 minutes. I was in no condition to drive (since we all know I fall asleep at the wheel.) In the end, I got a room for the kids and I and went there. TVT was a HUGE help. He took his youngest best friend and they got dinner for everyone then went back out and got medicine for Nico.

It was really great of him to spend his vacation time to hang out with all of us. The kids and I are truly blessed to find such a good friend

Pretty simple reasons actually....I love all of ya's !!..... I can't think of a better way to spend time than with kids at Disney World....Oh...and you too.....

gotcha beat mic...it is 40 here this morning hate to take my kids to school knowing that they will have to stand outside.

The kids are out of school tomorrow as it is the end of the quarter today...1 down 3 to go

i'm the monkey in the middle, it's 46 here; made DS wear his new winter coat (more of a medium weight if you ask me, school jacket w/name & year he graduates & logo...they all just have to have them; wear them a year & then won't be caught dead in them lol).

ocm - poor nico, my youngest always seems to get "irregular" on vacation . We've started making him drink juice instead of pop all the time (darn refillable mugs), seems to do the trick.

DH tells me the vacation list for next year is out, time to get plotting

Seems we already have our vacations somewhat planned for the next 2 years. 2008 it will be disney and then in 2009 we are going on a cruise. For you who have been on a cruise before tell me which ones were the best and which ones to stay away from please. My whole family is going...well maybe minus the kids. Not so sure I want to do that but so far i am outnumbered

We are skipping WDW next year and going on another Cruise, we are doing Princess Cruise Lines this time.

I've been on both Royal Caribbean and Norweigan, I thought they were both great.

I say take the kids, we put ours in the Oceans Adventures Club for the kids and we had to drag them out of there, they loved it.

Hey all....back from my test....was not informed that I would be IV'd for this test and dyed up I did fine though, just wish I could instantly know the results...interesting feeling when they inject the dye...plus they made me drink another carton of that funky stuff.......

Got some work to do, see ya later.......has stayed sunny today but very windy with big clouds blowing all around, a really neat fall day

glad your test went good. Hope you get the results back soon so you don't have to worry.


I decided to come back from the dentist. He didn't have to numb me up. Seems that it wasn't very deep. I was very happy about that since that is one of the things I hate the most.

Well, I loved the Disney Cruise, although that is the only one we've been on, not much of a cruise person, but I would do the Disney one again...we really enjoyed it

Sure felt like fall this evening....brrr....need to break out a blanket for my bed
