Good morning all.......I really, really need to be busy this weekend, so wish me well in knocking out some housecleaning....motivation and working under pressure usually get me to produce...so we'll see.....

who knows what the post season will bring, probably nothing but for now, I'm happy as division winners....anything else will be icing on the cake

Hope Aubrey and friends enjoy their day of 'girlness'... what fun

Just taking a break, thinking of mac who is at the happiest place on earth and TVT & Momma hooking up, and everyone else having FUN....on that note though, I with a little help from dh tore apart the TV room and it is now CLEAN and sparkly...he cleaned the chair and sofa...my little doggie loves to rub himself along the bottom of both and they were so dirty from that, got windows cleaned, curtains up and down, stuff all wiped down and carpet cleaned...just taking a few while the carpet dries so I can put stuff back. If only I had about 7 more days off, I could get the whole house done a room at a time

It is gorgeous here today...warm but very nice with a slight breeze...

Enjoy the afternoon my friends...I might take a power nap while the carpet is drying

gant - that area is very isolated; figured everone was a farmer? my mom had a kirby for as long as i could remember (it recently rusted through, & I tossed it - she's still mad @ me lol).

pam - sounds like great fun for your daughter - i missed out on experiencing that fun "girly" stuff (perhaps a granddaughter someday).

mic - a man who does heavy cleaning a keeper 'fer sure! Congrats to your team just don't expect any rootin for the Ravens.

i came down with a very sudden cold yesterday (chills, headache, achy all over). The weird thing is DH (who was working 4 hours over) called me around the same time and said he felt the same way. Both zonked out last night by 9 p.m.; almost 10 am when we crawled out today. Still dragin tail,had to provision @ Sams (clerk told us we looked awful )

have a pre-planned dinner with DS & DIL (the confirmation standby); don't want to cancel it, not very hungry though. Can't wait to come home & hit the hay.

I am off to teach sunday school and then we are going out to my mom's to take pictures of all the grandkids. We decided last weekend that we haven't done that since aubrey was around a year old. Hoping the weather holds out for us...i guess it is suppose to rain. It is windy so hopefully it will all work out.

Just got up about 1/2 hr. ago, feeling a little sluggish this a.m., but plan to get some more crap done around the house...yesterday was a pretty successful day so maybe today I'll feel as productive.

it's beautiful sunday here!

we're still draggin, yuck. Dug myself off to the 75% jcPenny sale & Best Buy...ds jonesing to spend his confirmation loot ; broke out in a cold sweat...time to come home.

chicken wings staring @ me along with the halloween decs. DHs clamoring to haul out of the attic. Think i'll just throw the boxes on the porch & poke @ them next week.

pam hope the weather cooperates; it beautiful here - sunny & in the mid 70's; supposed to hit 80 later this week

KS...sorry you are still feeling under the weather.. hopefully by tomorrow you will have turned the corner...I know what you mean about decorations, I've got stuff strewn all over the place but I got another room totally housecleaned, so now the 2 biggest/worst rooms are done...hopefully the rest will fall into place for me.

Need to fix some dinner for the crew and I'm done for the day, except folding some laundry and putting it away....the weekend went by fast, but I feel good about what I got done.........I found SO many cobwebs my husband said don't worry about them, tell the boys I put them up for Halloween

KS--sorry you are feeling under the weather. I was at Pennies yesterday too got me some new tenniebobbers....thinking that my help my heel...time will tell i guess.

Pictures turned out okay i think...haven't really looked them over real well but it was very windy at my mom's today. I will download them when i get my new computer....i don't want to download them on my inlaws computer.

mic - i didn't break it ; hope you didn't get dish-pan hands over that massive weekend red-up. Think my boxes will continue to set out on the porch today. Forgot i've got to go see dr. death (dentist) for the 3rd time re last root canal; cracked - guess i'll be forking out more $s for a cap/crown.

pam - hope they work for your "sore dogs" . Have you tried the foot flexes in the am before you get outta bed? I still do them. Lokk forward to the pics.

As I was driving along I catch something out of the corner of my eye running along side of the car, first thought deer not unusual in this part of the woods so I start to brake and think nope too big for a deer someones horse must have escaped then I yelled "MOOSE" half scared my wife to death must have scared the moose too because he stopped and ran into the woods.

Morning KS...sorry you are still under the weather...feel better today...I on the other hand still have some discomfort, so I made a Dr.s appt...got the Doc I wanted on Wed. morning...now I will be bent out of shape wondering what tests he will want which I'm sure some will be forth coming. I figure may as well get it done though before I have another attack and I've met my deductable for this year, sooooo...good luck with the dentist, always a nice bill comes along with that.

Ed, I remember the first time we saw a moose on a trip to NH...we all starting yelling and screaming 'A MOOSE...LOOK, IT'S A MOOSE'....rather silly and we still laugh about it, but the first time you see one, its like WHOA, those dude's are huge!! Have you seen one before? or was this a first sighting? That is a funny story....and they can make a mess of a car when you hit one...worse then a deer I'm sure! That is why all those signs are around BRAKE for MOOSE

mic - i see your pumpkin now. Be brave @ the doctors. Haven't seen a dancing with the stars yet, going to try & catch it tonight. Who's been eliminated so far?

i'm still numb & grossed out by the clove taste of my temporary filling (#4 on the same tooth since Feb?). Insurance didn't pay for the last one (evidently, the dentist didn't have the nerve to bill me ); hope i don't get stuck with a whopper of a bill this time. Called BC/BS; they state their policy is 2 fillings per year/per tooth, regardless if they crack, etc. . I shall play blonde

ks--sorry to hear you are still numb...i have a cavity that needs filled and go back next week to get it taken care of. It is one that the filling fell off...just need to go get it replaced...not looking forward to it at all though.

mic--i am sure the doc will take care of ya...if not let us know....we'll come up and kick some doctor patuuudddeee.


well, my din din is cooking and have to go tend to it. Then i'm off to the store and play volleyball after that.
