test Part 10

mic, yup the same two gals run the place and do all the cooking.

there is a side that has booths that you don't see in the show.
it is the left side from the counter.
in 1945 they built a same add on room at the end of the box car.
you go thru the door and it leads to the back room where there are 4 tables and then another room with the freezer, baking area.

in that back room, there is a basement..
the restrooms, atm machine are down there.

if any of you ever come my way, i will gladly take you there.
the food is great.
they have a website and more info is on it.

that's ok mic.
sometimes i say 39 years and xx months. i have to add how many months up at this point. it's a lot of them.

sweet sleep all

Happy (belated  ) Birthday Mac! :)

Cam's doing ok. We're hoping to get him into the ortho today to get his regular (waterproof ;) ) cast. He's realizing pretty quickly that broken bones suck. :p

Ironically, we just got the e-mail about his soccer team for this season. :( Not sure how much he'll be able to play for a few weeks, but we'll see what the doctor says.

morning bob.

thanks tony and bob.

i think we are on Bob Day Watch #6 now.

give us the heads up when it happens bob

hope cam is doing ok and not in pain.
good luck with the doctor.
sending pixie dust to him

Hugs to little Cam, poor little guy...hope all goes well at the ortho visit...kids are so resilient, he'll bounce back in no time

TVT, those concerts sound so KEWL...Chubby Checker should be pretty ancient by now :goodvibes so it will be interesting for you to share with us how good he still twists!!

Wasn't it just Friday evening???? Where do the weekends go? I'm still saying we need to work 2 and be off 5........:thumbsup2

monday - all day, yeech.

SUV getting a long needed brake job (so sez the mechanic), tomorrow the caddy passes inspection:wizard: think good thoughts - it's a '92, only has $110 K on it, would like to keep it going.
Negotiations went rather well if i do say so myself:banana: ; got seller to pay max closing costs & take $15K less than appraisal (he's carrying 2 mortgage & feeling the burn lol)...now all kids need to do is put something on paper & scrape up the dough. they say they're broke but managed to go out to eat 3 times this weekend:rolleyes1 bank of mom is closed;)

kitchen faucet decided to die yesterday, glad DH knows his stuff.:thumbsup2 Cannot believe the price of them at loews:headache: who would pay $400 for a faucet? All I wanted was another of those gooseneck things with a sprayer hose. Had to take ones with white handles, not too sure about that look.

mac - glad you enjoyed your day! Diner food is a vanishing breed. how :cool1: the parishoners recognized what we knew all along...u r special!

bob - my kids were able to play with their casts wrapped in this "soft-stuff" to protect the other players, the coaches usually have.

tvt - sheena easton is still hot, have fun. Glad to hear they have "real" bands with celebs, we got to see an eagles tribute band last year- they were decent, nothing to write home about...perhaps if we had a few glasses of vino in us we'd have liked them better

pam & ocm - settled in yet with the school term...i'm dreading it soooo

morning all!

It has been a bad bad day here. I can NOT find this check i got in the mail on friday:scared1: if it were a low $$ one i really wouldn't worry about it as it would probably turn up but that isn't the case...i am pulling out my hair trying to figure out where it is hiding

good luck to cameron today. i agree with ks...i have seen kids play with broken arms before...i bet he will be okay.

ks--it is a little different here without the kids here...kinda quiet though:thumbsup2

mac--sounds like a yummy place to eat.:thumbsup2

tony--epcot sounds like it will be happen' I hope you have a good time!

Off to greet some kids that are coming back from pre-school

Pam, pretend you are searching for something else besides the check, and I bet you will find it...I always find other things when looking for the item I need right then and there......good luck making it surface real soon :thumbsup2

Still trying to make a long weekend happen, looks like it would be in Oct. now as other's have weekends lined up for travel here....so many things crossing my mind, but can't decide.

KS, hope your son/dil can swing the house, that would be a nice start for them for sure...and you can welcome them to the real world of being Harry and Harriet Homeowner, the neverending money pit ;) :goodvibes

my mom's name is Harriet:goodvibes

pam - :scared1: , i've shredded concert tix before:sad2: , hope you find them (in one piece).:wizard:

ks--it is a good thing that your ds has you to get them the best deal:thumbsup2 hope everything works out for them.

still haven't found that stupid check...dave doesn't even know where it is so he said that when he gets home he will go through the garbage:thumbsup2 what a man he is!!! I am so glad he said he would because that is one thing i can't handle:rolleyes:

so is ocm going to teach full time now?

1.)Fine : This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right and you need to shut up.

2.)Five Minutes : If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour.
Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more minutes to watch TV before helping around the house.

3.)Nothing: This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.

4.)Go Ahead: This is a dare, not permission. Don't Do It!

5.) Loud Sigh: This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer back to #3 for the meaning of nothing.)

6.) That's Okay : This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That's okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.

7.)Thanks: A woman is thanking you, do not question, or Faint. Just say you're welcome.

8.)Whatever: Is a women's way of saying F@!KYOU!

9.)Don't worry about it, I got it: Another dangerous statem! ent, mea ning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking "What's wrong ?" For the woman's response refer to #3.

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

bob, ed and gant.

i think tony is giving you all a heads up on women.

my list is way different than his though.
i only have one rule.

tony: what brought on the list?
ed: we missed your rise
bob: day #5 watch is still on. keep us posted
gant: missed you today. missed your bunns also
pam: let us know when you find the check. want me to come over and help?
mic: is it 5:00 yet?
ocm: teacher day for ya. ready to pull your hair out yet? which class did you have today?
keisha: harriet?? my dad is named Homer. i'll flip a coin

Evening all.....I have a headache this evening, so I think I'm just gonna clean up dishes and lay low for the evening...

TVT, are you trying to tell us gals something??:rolleyes1

WE FOUND IT!!!:cool1: :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

it was out in our garbage. I don't know how it got there but the main thing is that we found it.

mic--i hope your headache goes away.

off to make some din din.

Good morning....

great news Pam....I've done that before also, found stuff in the trash that was missing :scared1:

I don't feel so good today, not sure what is up, just not myself...going into work, but if I continue to feel like this, I may ask to come home. I hate putting answering the phones on the other gals though:sad1:
