Did Mac miss the fact she just posted 28,000?
Or maybe she posted it on another thread.

ed, i turned the big number when i came back here to post,
this is the time i always come back "home"

i hit the big one here. i always come back home for those biggies..:rotfl:

mac - suddenly, i feel so insignificant:rotfl2:

Sorta funny, when I proudly told DH I had 8,000 posts...he gave me "the look" you give to mad people  .

"But I don't want to go among mad people" Alice remarked

"Oh, you can't help that"; said the Cheshire Cat; "We're all mad here. I'm mad, you're mad"

"How do you know I"m mad?" asked Alice

"You must be" said the Cat "or you wouldn't have come here".;)

a very merry, unbirthday to you & you:dance3:

LOL...suits all of us here to a "T".......:rotfl2: and tell you dh that you are in excellent company when you hang out here with us :upsidedow we are the best of the best

Hey Ed, glad you popped in....always like when you sneak in on us

Mac, congrats on the big number.........man, we gotta do some chattering to catch up to her.........

i can remember when i had 7 posts and the test thread started.

i would look at mic's high number of posts and think, could i ever get as many as her?..........

if mic didn't have that job, i'm sure she would have hit 30 K by now on post counts.

i want to join the i am mad club too.

HOLY BAT-SH** BATMAN IT'S AFTER 8 O'CLOCK AND NO WAKE UP CALL YET !!! GET UP ......GET UP.........

Good morning everyone. Rainy and humid here today. Hope you all have a great day.

Looks good Gant but I'll just have the coffee, I'm on a 12 week mission to drop some poundage before WDW.

Morning...sorry Tony, I was running late this morning and knew if I dropped by to chat, I'd be even later... so I was up, just not acknowledging the fact;)

Gant, it is overcast and humid here also...ick for sure..did you tell us if you guys are going to OC again this year? My ds who rented a place from his boss last weekend, said it was really nice, and dh and I decided we might try and go down for a weekend with them. The guy charges hardly anything per night...like 50 bucks....you can't get a parking space for that in OC... still in the planning stage, but sounds like a plan to me. Hopefully sometime in August. Thanks for the donuts......mmmmm...my favorite.

Speaking of which, I'm with you Ed, I've been really snacking alot and it needs to stop. I eat healthy for breakfast/lunch/dinner, then want to throw in some snacks and it isn't good....I still need to drop those 6 stinkin pounds from 3 months ago....SO, once again, let's get our resolve together and do IT....I know I can, I just have to say NO to myself...and after I eat the crap, I say "now why did I eat that":confused3

Welcome home Momma...sorry I missed you this time, I wanted to, but after I got my hair done, I needed to get back home for a family thing...sorry...but I know you will be coming this way again and we will get together

KS, how's it shakin' in PA?

mac, everyone doing better at your house?

Bob, I finally (I think) got my excel sheet all totalled up correctly (again, I think :upsidedow )

Morning all :)

Foggy and humid here today, but I think it's supposed to clear up soon, which is good, because Cam and his karate summer camp is going to the Indians/White Sox game this afternoon for a field trip. :thumbsup2 How come field trips weren't that cool when I was a kid?? :confused3 :sad2:

I agree, we did stuff like the zoo. Hope he has fun!!

morning campers! all are welcome in the club

Incoming storms had my head all stuffed up last night, grabbed the box on benydryl & decided to take 2:rolleyes1 ; just woke up - ha. Didn't hear DHs alarm this morning; that's a first...still stuffy:laughing: .

Sticky here too.

Bob - didn't sign up DS for any camps this summer, we're slacking...sorta fun; does sound like a :cool1: field trip.

ed - do you usually gain a few #s on vacation, know i'm always good for at least 5. How, after all the walking is beyond me...unless it's the DP.popcorn::

gant - another great round, keep 'em coming.

mac - starting to count down the days yet to your trip?

mic - hope the foot is good. How cool to have jr. take care of vacation accommodations (wonder if that :wizard: will ever come my way). Take a suitcase full of $s to OC;) . I got an email from the place we stayed @ last year for a few days as to a mid-week special beginning of next month. Just so happens to coincide w/DHs vacation week. Just not settled w/the idea of traveling more than an hour or two away when she's alone. Must say she seems to have turned the bend, feels pretty good & seems mentally stable.

Funny story, both older 2 DS have bds this month; bought them a small present & $. They're going on a vaction to Myrtle Beach with their dad (same time DH is off work). Both were shocked w/he told them how much they were expected to pay him for usage of condo. Of course, immediately, they looked to to mom. While I'll slip thim some play-dough before they leave, no way am I paying for any portion of ex's trip.:sad2:

KS, I know OC is expensive. The trailer this guy owns is in the Ocean Pines area....$50 a night is so cheap...plus we can eat at least breakfast and lunch in, and not break the bank eating out, plus I believe the place he is in has a pool also. I'm cool with that.

I agree, I can't believe your ex invites the boys on a vacation and tells them how much they must contribute?? I can imagine how that makes you feel. Hope you can work a couple days in down there and still not be too worried about your mom....

Since I got the stitches out yesterday, the incision is more sore:rolleyes: but I'm figuring its the tugging on the stitches and pulling a little scab off...anyway, have it band-aded up today so it doesn't pull apart. Still a little swollen which he said was to be expected. I'll live:thumbsup2 Just need patience, and I'm bummed about wearing the same 2 pair of shoes everyday :upsidedow

morning test buddies

haven't read back except for tony's post. will do that in a few.

saw coffee and my heart did a thump, thanks gant!

mic, how did the toes go yesterday when the stitches were removed.

got up at 5:45 this morning, made a run to milwaukee to pack stuff in van and drop one son off at another son's place. he's helping brother to move in today back home.

i'm tired already and the day will be long.

i hate moving days

bbl after i read thru what i missed

That is cool. I happen to score luxury box tickets for the Yankees/Devil Rays game this Friday. The last time I was at Yankee Stadium Boog Powell was playing 1st base for the Orioles and Sparky Lyle was on the mound for the Yanks. Been to tons of Phillies games though, especially when the Astros are in town. (they stink this year)

mic - glad the foot's coming along! Although vindicated that ex is a goof-ball, hate to see the "now grown-up" kids be disappointed yet again by him....such is life. Believe i'll be dipping my toes in lake erie and pretending it's the Atlantic;)

mac - that is a very long day, i've been lucky & haven't had to haul kids to college, etc.; they all seem to hover within a 10 mile radius of homestead...of which i am thankful.;)

Evening...mac, how is moving day coming along? I would hate to think about moving, it would take me 6 months to a year to clear out all the junk we have accumlated over the years to be able to even start packing up...

Still hot and humid........icky sticky.........finished up dinner/dishes, so think I'll catch some TV...not sure what is one tonight, need to check it out

finally done with the moving.

now in the morning, i have to move all the junk out of the living room and dining room to make for son's personal items such as his computer..

i have to go on friday and buy wireless router.
we have 4 computers that will be used and none of us share very well.

router it will be..
