back home from counciltucky....aka council bluffs...the only thing i can think of is that the city was buildt on the bluffs of iowa. went 1-1 today. trent had some great hits today along with a couple of good plays in the field...he had a pretty good day today....just wish his coach wasn't such a donkey's behind

Morning friends...another Monday

Glad Trent played well...I know they would have liked to have won both, but still sounds like they played pretty good

It got so freakin' hot yesterday and I think today is the same...ick

looks like me today too.

my running really starts today. Have to take trent to the weight room at 9am. then pick him up at 9:30. Aubrey has cheerleading camp from 10-11 then has a chicka chicka boom boom camp from 11-12. Noah has a camp from 11-12 at the same place aubrey does. I will pick them both up at noon and have noah back there at 1pm for his other class. I have to do this M-TH this week and to top it all off.....i start the other new baby today. So I will have 3 babies under 1yr. and one that just turned 18 mo. along with all the other kids i have here....thank god for my helper!!!!


Mac--i wish I was your ds and got to go to bed right now....i don't think i got enough sleep.

Morning all

Out sick on Friday -- Ryan got a stomach bug and I caught a bit of it as well. Weekend was alright -- a lot of running around, so it wasn't as relaxing as I would have preferred, but that's life.

pam - boom, chicka-chicka , all that running around keeps you young. As much as i worry about WM taking over the world, they do tend to have it all under one roof! Have you ever bought any of their plants. Spied a nice shrub there yesterday. Not sure what it's called - foilage is a yellow verigated green. Front yard looks like the woods we're near; almost total shade - hard to have any burst of color other than hostas & lilys.

mic - glad you got to see the folks, nice idea for a present.

mac - always thought babies slept alot; cannot compare to teens & 20 somethings.

bob - glad you're feeling better; hope dad's day was a good one. luv the legal disclaiimer.

AFternoon all.......busy morning here, lots of people coming in, and phone calls......is it Friday yet???

Pam, you are the queen of running kids here and there....it will go by so fast though, and one day you will ask "where did those days go when the kids were young"...take my word for it

Mac, I wish I could go back to bed, I'm ready for a nap. In fact, I could fall asleep sitting here

Bob, nice to see you I agree, weekends never seem to be relaxing, it is always something to do

yes WM does mean walmart and i just got back from there it was grocery night. I bought some strawberry plants not to long ago from there. I planted them in a pot instead of the ground...so far they are doing good.

Noah had his golf tourney...he didn't fare so well...got a 30 on 3 holes...he golfs like his mama!! I think he is use to playing baseball though and it is hard when you get the baseball swing down to go to golf.

bob--sorry to hear that you caught the bug too...it stinks being sick...the least he could have done was to give it to you during the week so you could miss a few days of work

think i am off to bed before to long...have to get my energy back to run my kids tomorrow

Off to work, then I have to go have some blood work and an EKG today for the surgery on my foot on the 29th. Almost wished I hadn't started the process with all this extra stuff to go through, but I've got my deductable paid, so no turning back now

mic - i shall send good vibes your way on the 29th good luck strike while the deductible is hot i always say. Tell DH he has to wait on you hand & foot.

mac - yep, WM (like harry potter's voldemort - cannot say the name out-loud. You better bone up on HP now that he's coming to Universal - could be your summer reading assignment . I never got thru the 1st book; on my to-do list)

bob - my middle DS had tix, sold them; they were sold out by the time I checked into it lol. DH & the boys did try to get a game in on Saturday, never realized that ALL the area course would be closed - guess they were @ the open. They did drive past & sit in traffic on the way back; said the crowds were huge. If you watched the coverage - when they showed the expanded shot from the blimp; I could see my house (easy to spot as to topography) - hee-hee.

pam - trying to figure out Noah's handicap...it's still better than mine, i usually quit before 9 holes and find a shady spot.

keisha: never in a million years. i detest harry potter in all forms. i tried to watch the hp movie when i was in the motel last time . not that i stay in motels regularly but went to get son from college that is.....

anywho, i tried to watch that hp movie on hbo and it bored me to death.
i managed to watch one hour of it and then switched it to espn.
i think the soccery in it really turned me off.

this is the one thing about UO that i will have to deal with. iike new rides and attractions at the park so i hope whatever they put in for 09 is kewl.
i'll go with the thought, it's just a ride to ride.

Went to the Dr. this a.m....and $296 later they declare me "fine".... hoping the insurance picks it up...ever since our insurance changed I'm not sure wth it covers and doesn't. We pay more and get less

Busy morning, hotter than hades outside, the humidity is gazillion...man, I need to go back west...I HATE humidity

Almost lunch break...running a little late, the gal who covers me went out to buy lunch for some of the guys, sooooooooooooo

Mac, I'm not into HP movies either...dh watches them and says they are ok...and I know people who say they've read the books many times, I think they are kookoo...

Hi Everyone

Mic - the gym is going well. I still have 9lbs to lose, but I feel better when I get there. Lee spent the mortgage money while he was in Disney..so I was wicked mad. I worked out extra hard that day. I have to say, it helps with stress.

Tony - hope everything goes well this afternoon

Pam - all that running around is nutty. I know it will be my life soon, but for now, I like that they all go to the same camps.

Bob - glad you are feeling better

Ed - we miss you

Mac - Im with you on the Harry Potter stuff. But then again, I am not into Sci fi at all. Leave me to my romance novels and movies. Others can all enjoy the other stuff.

Keisha - you are better than I am with golf. Unless its minigolf, I just dont ever start.

i always get sick once i go to the doctor and see what we have to pay.

we were cancelled last year from our insurance company due to high claims for a family member.
we were able to secure insurance under a high risk policy.
our premium is what some pay for a mortgage. all insurance companies sux.
