Terminal indecision: Artist's Point? Or Narcoossees?

OK, I've changed this ADR twice now, and am in the throes of chronic indecisiveness. Narcoossees? Or Citricos? Or Artist's Point? I've never been to any of them, I love virtually all food (some, alas, too much for my waistline's comfort,) and am going on the dining plan.

Some other places we plan to go to: CRT, Brown Derby, California Grill, Coral Reef, and maybe Le Cellier if something opens up.

Any thoughts? Suggestions? Preferences? Thanks.

For me, any of the 3 would be agood choice and you really can't go wrong.

Having been to all multiple times, I'd go with Narcoosee's, Citrico, and Artist Point, in that order.

Artist Point, definately Artist Point. It is the best of those three for sure.
Narcoossees..was not impressive at all to us. Citricos, the service was outstanding, wonderful wine list and atmosphere, the food was just ok for us.

I love Artist Point. I have had well over a dozen meals there without one single disappointment. I highly recommend it.

But, it is time for me to branch out & both Narcoosees & Citricos are on the list - we'll be dining at Narcoosees for the first time in a couple days. I have been encouraged by some really good reviews of it.

Have you looked at the menus? That might help you decide. We had to choose between the three for our anniversary dinner and we are going with Artist Point. Everyone seems to really like this place and it sounds like there are less kids around so it's probably less noisy. I have heard that Narcoosee can get VERY loud and it seemed overly expensive for what you get. I had Citrico's on our list until my husband and I took a close look at the menu. We both eat just about everything but nothing really impressed us on the menu. The menu for Artist Point however, really appeals to us. From all of the good reviews these three places get, I don't think you can really gp wrong, regardless of what choice you make.

I would choose Artist Point; the service and the food are great and I love the atmosphere. I wasn't crazy about Narcoossee's; it gets very noisy and loud and we were seated about 45 mins. after our ADR. The service was very bad also.

Agree with the comments regarding Narcoosees.

Artist Point is good, but Citrico is better. Citricos is one of the best restaurants on property and is comparable to CG and Flying Fish. Food quality is excellent (especially the Fois Gras Ravioli).

OK, just changed the ADR to Artist's Point (by this time, the spot in my calendar is beginning to wear through the page, from all the erasures.) Now, all I have to do is figure out a non-crushable outfit to keep in the car, as the CM explicitly told me no t-shirts. Hmmpph--you'd think they'd be glad of my glittery Mickey Mouse t-shirt...doesn't it mean I donated money to the Mouse twice for the dinner? :earboy2:

Yes--you WOULD think they'd be glad to see you in a new Mickey T.
BUt evidently not "spiffy" enough at this "signature" restaurant :confused3

I've gone casual to Artist's Point, meaning a dressy tank and skort, and it was fine. I've seen people in there much more casual. I don't like going directly from the park only because I'm usually so sweaty!

Actually, if it comes to that, I suppose they might not throw me out entirely--I remember last visit, I went to Bistro dressed like a schlub (probably tank top, shorts, and tennis shoes, as I think I did the Segway tour that day) and they didn't say anything. Plus, I think there were other families who were dressed similarly, and although there were some formally dressed people I don't think any of the women weren't sleeveless. Better safe than sorry, however, I suppose.

In my own defense, I made the reservation that afternoon at guest relations and I don't remember them mentioning the dress code--probably because they looked at me and thought "what's the use?"
