Teresa's WISH Journal (AGAIN)

Finally was able to get to WW and lost 1 pound for a total of 20.2!! :thumbsup2 Wasn't thrilled with the 1 pound loss, but happy about finally getting to my 20 pounds. TOM arrived on Wednesday and has been kicking my butt the last couple of days. I'm still so bloated and I hope by next week, so have a bigger loss to make up for the lack of this one. My goal is to be at 25 pounds by the end of April.

Working out has been great. Trying to increase my weight lifting and I've been doing 30 minutes on the stairmaster, which kicks my butt :eek:

I'm slowly getting to where I'm feeling better about myself, but its still going to take a while before I feel HOT :laughing:
 
Down 2.4 this week for 22.6 pounds!!!:cool1::cool1::cool1:

Only 2.4 more pounds and I'll hit my 25 pound and only 7.4 to get to my 30 pounds goal.
 
Been a tough week, but the scale and working out has been great.

Forgot to post my loss from last week, but I was down .8 for 23.4 pounds. I was happy with the .8 because I had bowling on Wed and had 2 beers & a slice of pizza and then bunko at my house Thursday, but had a WW lasagna and no wine. Only 1.6 to get to my 25 pounds and as of today, I'm there. I should lose about 2 pounds this week (weighing in Friday). My next goal is to be down 5 pounds by May 31st.

I'm staying very focused on the weight loss and not letting many things get in my way. The WW meetings have been saying about treating yourself once in awhile, but I'm afraid to see any gain at this point. I want to go to New Orleans in June and not worry about how tight my clothes are. I'm getting there :)
 
TGIF!!!!:cool1:

It's been a tough week and I'm SO happy it's over. Went to WW this morning and lost 2.2 pounds and down 25.6 pounds total. Yeah me!:banana::banana:

DH and I went to TGI Fridays for dinner tonight and I made the mistake of going hungry. I did order chicken, but had a beer and dessert. I'm stuff, but I think I did okay.

My next goal is 5 pounds (30 total) by the end of May. I have 4 week....
 

YOU are a bad friend? I don't think so!!!! I feel terrible that I haven't been on here and keeping up with you and your journal. I just looked at the top of the page where it shows the last time I logged in, and it has been a month since I was on here. :eek:

You are doing FANTASTIC, I'm proud of you! You must feel just fabulous now that you're losing weight and doing such a good job with working out.

Do you text? We have AT&T and get unlimited texting so if you text, let me know and I'll send you my phone number. I always have my phone with me and would love to be able to keep in touch with you a little more because honestly, I'm in need of some major motivation. I haven't worked out in a LONG time and I know the weight is starting to creep back on :guilty:If you don't text, well, then I'll just bug the hell out of you on here and on FB for some motivation LOL!

Haven't updated in awhile. Went to WW this morning and only lost .6 I know its a loss, but I was really bummed out. TOM arrived Wed evening and kicked my butt on Thurs & Friday. I've never felt so bloated in my life. I'm hoping once that's done, the scale will be down a little more. Only 3.8 to go to get to my 30 pounds.

Donna - I know how busy you are and I appreciate you coming and supporting me here. I do text. With two teenager daughters you have to have it :) I'll send you my number through FB.
 
Well here I am, making my week visit (or in this case, two weeks) Last week was crazy with youngest DD graduation and I didn't make it to WW. I went this morning and was down 1.6, which for two weeks wasn't that great. I missed my 30 pound goal by the end of May by .8, but I was still really close. I've changed my goal again to reflect more of my end goal to give me something to shot for.

DH and I leave for New Orleans on Tuesday and will be gone for 10 days. I'm actually going to bring my scale so I can keep myself in check with my weight. I also bought some resistance bands in case the hotels gym isn't really great.

My personal goal is to be down to 35 pounds by the end of June.:thumbsup2
