Well I didn't get to my journal yesterday,but overall the day was good. I got up and went to the gym, even though I'm still not a 100%. I did 20 minutes on the glider, 20 minutes on the stairmaster and 60 minutes on the treadmill. I tried to jog, but just was too tired. After I got home, finished cleaning and getting ready for Happy Hour. I took my shower and tried to lay down, but my nose was too stuffy and couldn't fall asleep. Got up and finished getting ready and relaxed a little before everyone got here. Did well at Happy Hour and had maybe one drink before having water the rest of the night. Snacks were good with veggies, some crackers and a few chips. I made my WW Taco soup, which everyone seemed to enjoy and a half piece of cheese bread. Didn't get to bed till after 11:30, so I'm a little tired this morning, of course, we woke up at 7:30 to a freakin woodpecker on our roof!!! Still a little congested this morning, but starting to feel better. Finally started my TOM (at the gym of course), so I'm thinking the worse will be over by Tuesday. Definitely feeling bloated, but I think with lots of water, I should be all flushed out (hopefully). Tonight is bowling, but doubt I will be drinking. Tomorrow I will be hanging out at home and resting and staying OP.

Well today hasn't been too busy of a day. Mostly hung around the house, doing laundry (story of my life!). I did go to the mall with a couple of friends, first finding nothing at Dillards, but then headed to Foley's. I was alittle nervous about trying any pants on because I wanted to make sure I've actually went down to a 14. I found some capris and shorts that were on sale, so decided to try some on. The 14 capris fit just perfect, alittle tight but that was expected with all this water I'm retaining. The shorts were big in the waist and since they were stretch, I was able to get size 12's. Now let me explain that this was the first time I've bought a size 12 in, well, EVER. I mean, I don't think I was ever a size 12 in my "adult" life, so I was very happy. Found two shirts that will be great on the cruise/summer, so got those also. It makes it even better when everything was on sale!!! I'm actually set for the cruise except for some shoes and a semi-formal dress. I can't wait
Tomorrow the plan is to work out hard on the cardio and drink lots of water. I'm looking forward to Tuesdays weight in and expect to be down hopefully 2 pounds.

Well today has been an okay day. I was a little disappointed about my weight this morning, 168.5 and was hoping this extra water from TOM would be gone by now. Tomorrow is my weigh in and I'm not sure I'm going to drop 3.5 pounds by then to get to 165. I need to just get this extra water out of here and hope for a better weigh in next week.
Went to the gym this morning and didn't get the hard cardio in that I had planned, but did get 40 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the bike. Wanted to do weights, but forgot to charge my MP3 player and it was too hard to do with my big CD player.
Ran some errands today and had lunch with DH at Applebees. I had the 7 point fajitas and some water. Tonight we're home for the first time in weeks and I will eating something light for dinner and have plenty of water. I'm not going to let tomorrow's weigh in disappoint me because I know I've been good and even though I've been a little sick, I've still been getting in good workouts.
WI today wasn't all that great, but it was still a loss. I was down .6 pounds for a total of 41.2 I didn't expect anything huge still its still that TOM and I know next week will be so much better. Was hoping to see 165 this week, but now I'm shooting for 163 for next, so I need to lose 3.2 pounds which will be hard, but doable.
Had a slimfast and string cheese after weigh in. I'll have some of that WW Taco soup for lunch and then head off to bowling. I was able to get in 60 minutes on the treadmill before WI and tomorrow I plan to hit the weights HARD.
Thanks Gail - I'm not letting it get me down, especially because of TOM and next week should be great I got the Taco Soup receipt from Terry (geetey) and I believe it's listed on Dottie's Weight Loss Zone site. It was really good and made it for our Happy Hour meal. I used the no salt added beans and lower sodium taco seasoning mix.
Thanks Beth - I have definitely been watching my sodium intake with everything I eat and if I do eat something, I drink tons of water. I'm definitely pumped for next weeks weigh in.

Well today has been a pretty good day. The weather is warming up abit and I'm starting to get anxious for spring time. After kids went to school, headed to the gym and did 30 minutes on the weights. Seems like it's been forever since I've done it. I did 30 minutes on the glider and then 40 minutes on the treadmill. I took my measurements this morning and have lost an additional 3 inches off my body. I was surprised it wasn't more since I hadn't done my measurements in a month, but the weight is still coming off and I'm sure the inches will continue to drop. Weight this morning showed 166.5, so I think most of that water is gone and now the weight will follow.
Made a Super Walmart run to get my fix of WW snacks. I picked up other healthy munchies for me and should be set for a week or so.
Finally got bills caught up and tomorrow I plan to do some light housecleaning. It amazes me how much crap the dogs drag in from the backyard this time of year (dead grass clippings). I feel like I sweep my floor every day to get it all up.
I got a sundress that I ordered on Ebay today. Wasn't sure if it would fit since it said it was a size 10, but by the measurements stated, it should fit and it DID. I can't believe I was able to put on a size 10 dress . Now I know its still alittle snug, but not "tight" and I figure with losing another 10-15 pounds, it should be perfect for the cruise. I can't wait to wear all my new clothes for our vacation. I'm going to be slim, tan and ready to party!!!!
Tomorrow I plan to do about an hour of cardio and then get stuff done at home. Kids have a half day (12:15 release) and I told them we'd go to the indoor pool.
