Don't beat yourself up! It's done and today is a new day!!!!

Let's shoot for the 160's together this week.. I am still stuck at 170! Come on girl, let's get it into gear! :cool1:
 
Thanks Jen... We'll have to celebrate the 160's together :banana: I actually got on the scale this morning (need to remove my scale challenge since I stink at it) and I was 172, so I was fine after the McDonalds fiasco.

Beth - I find if I mix up my exercising a bit, I don't get bored with it. That stairmaster is a killer, but I'm determined to kick its butt!!! I've done up to 40, but I'm usually dying by then :earseek: It does work out those problem areas that need a LOT of work.


Today I had a good workout, 25 minutes on the treadmill, 20 on the elliptical and an hour in a yoga class. I checked out some tapes from the library hoping I'll find some ab exercises. My stomach is starting to sag (yes SAG :sad2: ) and it's grossing me out :scared1: .

Will pick up around house and then check out tapes. Drinking LOTS of water today....
 
Eek! Saggy belly! Oh dear - I have one of those. Perhaps a Pilates tape would help? I think I have too much skin to tighten, and I don't think I justify paying for the skin to be removed.

Did you find anything interesting at the library?

Saggy belly here. I had abdominal surgery as a teen, so my belly is the bane of my existance. If your find something that works without killing me let me know.

Hi Terry and Beth - I did pick up a couple of pilates tapes that had some ab exercises on them, so I'll let you know if they work. Also got a yoga one since Katie wants to try and yoga with me (yeah, like she'll be able to sit still that long :earboy2: ) I think the abs will tighten in time, but it's going to take a LOT of sit-ups and other exercises.


Ate well tonight.... grilled chicken, corn and spaghetti squash for dinner. I had some 100 calorie oreos and 2 WW carrot cakes (4 points total) for dessert. Have a little headache now and might go to bed early. It's weird how it's just come on so quickly.... :confused3
 
Way to go Tera!! I cracked up when I read about the poop in the pool! I hate when that happens.

I know what you mean about the saggy belly! I hate mine! I lost so much weight...I guess I should be proud of the fact that I lost the weight. I think that was one of my downfalls before...I expected to lose the belly :confused3 Now I know it takes time. My mom did offer to pay for part of the surgery...but I told her I didn't want it. For now I will use duct tape! :teeth: Just kidding!

Jen - I love that idea of a SBSG club!!!! I'm definitely going to focus a little more on the abs. :rotfl2: (this is actually me working out my abs :earboy2: )


I just realized I didn't write in my journal yesterday (bad Teresa). After I got kids off, headed to the gym and had a very good workout. Did 30 minutes with weights (REALLY turning up the weights) 30 minutes on the stairmaster (getting better on that) 20 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes on the treadmill. I came home and did about 10 minutes with the pilates video I got from the library. I was just too tired to do more :earseek: After showering and prettying myself up a bit, DH and I headed over to Jessica's school where we were chaperoning a dance which was a lot of fun. Went to Happy Hour at the neighbors and was very good eating a few chips and guacomole and a shredded beef sandwich (like Arby's). Only had 2 drinks and then followed up with water. Today I just hung around for the most part. Eating was good and have had plenty of water so far. Tomorrow is Super Bowl and I have volunteered to bring veggie platter and shrimp, both of which I can eat plenty of with very little to no points :banana: Plan to have a few drinks, but will drink water after...DH and I are now watching "Shall We Dance" and it's good so far, so I'm outta here......

Well today is Monday and the beginning of another long week. Yesterday I didn't get to write in my journal because of the Super Bowl. I did well with my eating though, atleast up until the party. At the party I tried to be good and I think I was for the most part. Only had about 2 drinks and then drank diet sprite and water. I ate plenty of veggies and shrimp. I did have a small bowl of chili and 2 meatballs. Today I did weights for about 20 minutes and walked on the treamill for 80 minutes. I'm feeling very lazy today (probably because of the weather - is it Spring yet? :earseek: ) so not sure how much around the house I'll get done. I have some laundry to put away and dishes to do, but that's about it. Kids have swimming lessons tonight and I'm planning something light for dinner tonight since tomorrow is weight in. Need to drink LOTS of water today...
 
The Treadmill for 80 minutes?!?!? Were you experiencing Treadmill Nirvana?? ;) You are definitely an Exercise QUEEN! I hope your weigh in tomorrow brings good news! I know those 160s are calling your name!! :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Thanks Terry - It's weird with the treadmill.... if I have my music going, I can walk for hours. Would have loved to walk longer, but had stuff to do at home.

Well todays WI went well and I lost another 1.8 pounds for a total of 37.4 pounds. I'm currently at 170.6 pounds and should be kissing those 170's good bye next week and hello 160's :love: Was only able to get in 35 minutes on the treadmill this morning before WI and I'll be off for bowling in an hour. I had a slimfast and a string cheese for breakfast, I'll probably have a WW meal for lunch and this afternoon, I have a PTO meeting and then planning on fish for dinner tonight and watching some TV and relax.
 
Well, I'll say your weigh in went well!!! It was better than WELL! Congrats on another loss. I know those 160s are so close you can taste them! That new clippie is just waiting for you too!
