Thanks guys! I really wasn't upset about the .6 gain, I guess because I figure it could have been way worse and knew I had done fine during the week, so it must have been all water.
Didn't get back to my journal or anyone else's for that matter, but today I'm catching up. Went with DH to bowling last night since it was his birthday. I had a couple of beers and ordered nacho supreme (what was I thinking

) I didn't eat much, but enough to go over my points by a couple. Not worrying about it too much and will drink lots of water today.
I walked Katie to school and home (about 30 minutes round trip) and then bowling, so not many AP yesterday. Today I did about 30 minutes on the weights and 45 minutes on the elliptical, but because I'm not feeling 100%, I didn't push myself as hard as usual. I feel a cold coming on (mostly in the chest), so I did a good pace and still burned 500 calories. I went and tanned (got to get some color formy upcoming CRUISE

) and decided I needed a new look and got my hair cut. My hair was just past my shoulders and VERY thick, so it is now layered and just above my shoulders. I'm sure it must have weighted more than .6

Picked a few things up at the store (WW meals on sale, so I stocked up) and headed home. Jessica is home with a cold and a low grade fever (nothing serious), but I thought it would be better for her to stay home. It amazes me that she's missed more school this year (about 4 days home sick so far) than she has her entire elementary school years.
Eating today has been good so far. Slimfast before the gym and a WW meal for lunch. I'll probably have a 100 calories snack in a little while and maybe a banana. Tonight is Del Taco night, so I need to make sure I eat before going. A local Del Taco restaurant (it's like Taco Bell for those that don't have one) and they are donating 20% of proceeds from 5:00pm to 8:00pm tonight to our school. Since I'm in PTO, I'm helping at the restaurant refilling drinks, cleaning tables, etc. I'm not much of a taco fan, so I doubt I'll be eating there. DH and kids will come to eat before going to swimming lessons.
Tomorrow I actually have a free day, so after the gym (I'm doing the Yoga class again), I'll be doing some laundry, run vaccum and maybe even read a book
