Been really busy the past couple of days, so it's been hard to get online. Golf on Thursday was a lot of fun, even though I played like crap

We brought sandwiches and snacks, so I was good all day. We didn't end up walking since it got REALLY hot, but with as bad as I played, I was doing PLENTY of walking

Yesterday I was down at the neighbors doing our annual garage sale. Food was good, half bagel for breakfast and a salad for lunch. I drank about 160 ounces of water during the day because it was very hot and wanted to stay hydrated. Last night we went to the neighbors for Happy Hour and I had made my shredded chicken. Dinner was fine, and not too bad onthe appetizers. I only had a few drinks and hit the water as soon as I got home. Weight this morning was 158.5, so I know I'm retaining some of that water and sodium.
Today I went around to some of the other garage sales and it was another HOT day. You'd think it was July and not May. I bought a size 10 petite skirt for a $1 that was really cute, but still too small. Figure that would be an incentive

Food today has been 2 slices of toast for breakfast, WW meal for lunch and a chicken taco for dinner. I had 2 WW ice creams for dessert and I'm working on a tootie pop now. Tomorrow I have so much yard work to do, I should burn plenty of calories. It won't be as hot, so it should make things easier.
I stopped and talked to a friend who said I looked great. She was thinking about joining weight watchers and I was giving her all the details. I think she would do well with the program, especially since she's already working out. She just needs that extra help like I did. I got so many compliments last night, it has really boosted my ego
Still need to work on my trip report, download pictures and get to journals.... hopefully tomorrow
