Has anyone found their food to be greasy? My nephew requested we eat there during our next trip to WDW. Found out later from sis that the last time she at at a similar place in our hometown she had stomach problems the next day. She thinks it was whatever they cook with.

I've never eaten at that style of restaurant. I always thought they only used water on the grill. So they use grease? If so can you ask that they not? Or should I just switch the ADR?

Sorry just saw I'm on resorts not restaurants. Can a moderator please move this? That's what I get for going between Disboard and Facebook.:crazy2:

We love Teppan Edo... I'm pretty sensitive to greasy food, and did not have issues. I don't remember what they used on the grill though.

we just ate there this week and we are sensitive to fats, grease etc and we thought it was fine. We have allergies so we asked for plain white steamed rice to go along with our meal. They cooked our food separately. They were accommodating so you could request they not use oil. They used some oil, water and lemon juice from what I remember but we didn't find it greasy at all. Blaze Pizza was greasy and made us all feel horrible but Teppan Edo was great!
