Teppan Edo Lunchtime - Show and AP Discount questions

Hi all! Does Teppan Edo do the Hibachi cooking show (not technically a show as in HDDR or SoA, but cooking in front of you instead of cooking in the kitchen is what I mean) for their lunch reservations? Also, I see on the Disney reservations website that they consider lunch reservations to go until 3:30. I'm going to be an AP holder this year, so wondering if the 10% lunch discount will go for the reservation start or the time of the payment at the end? We'll be there from 3:30-5ish, so ending/payment will take place during their dinner time even though I technically had a lunch reservation.

yes, they do the same stuff during cooking whether it is lunch or dinner.

And yes they will go by the time of your reservation for the discount, not the time you finish eating.
