The thing about Teppan Edo, and any Japanese hibachi steakhouse really - is what Chef you end up with. We had a chef a few years back, I think his name was Akiro, who was a riot! he made jokes, mostly about his ex-wife, and really added a lot of fun to the dinner. We've also had a quiet timid person, who would hardly say a word. Our food has been good for the most part, but we still have been to much better hibachi at other parts of the world. But all in all, we find ourselves always going back because it is a good time - usually.
