Teppan Edo and Via Napoli on Dining plan?

I am getting mixed information from WDW. Are Teppan Edo and/or Via Napoli accepting the disney dining plan?? I have called and both times got different answers. One person said only the deluxe dining but another said no dining. Not sure, I figured someone on here would be more helpful. Thank you in advance for any information.

Do not trust the website. Do not trust CMs at WDW-DINE.

Trust the printed documentation.

And the DIS.

Both are on the dining plan. The website and the CMS (who are likely looking at the website to get their information) are incorrect as usual.
