tent camping in sept.

we are planning our first family disney trip for sept. 9-16. we are supposed to be in loop 1500, although no guarantee. What should we expect as far as weather? any tips would be helpful!

That should be a pretty good time for tent camping, at least temperature wise. According to the Unofficial Guide, the average daily high is 90 and low is 73. There is about 5.6 inches of rain with 14 days of rain. The rain showers may last a little longer than they would in the summer. This is during hurricane season, so if there is a bad tropical storm, the rain could last a while. Definitely take a tarp to put over the tent, and pack ponchos. Have fun!
